Cannot say enough good things about this place. Our stay was awesome ! The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean. I really want to praise security. When we went to our room our key cards didn't work, my husband was getting ready to go to the office when security walked up. We told him the problem. He apologized and took care of the problem right away. we will definitely stay here again

This is an older resort that is currently under renovation. The owners are updating it starting with the roof. All in all for what we needed it worked well. We weren't in the room much. Pool and mini water park were nice to let the kids burn off pent up energy from the ride down. It does have a full kitchen, so cooking breakfast or supper was easy. The only down side to the rooms were the showers. They are the typical mid grade hotel shower heads. They work, but I wouldn't have them in my house.

We were there December 1-4, 2017 with our three kids. Every kid had a separate bed and my husband and me had our own bedroom! All the family enjoyed the staying! We couldn't afford Disney World but kids really enjoyed themselves without it. They were splashing in pools and lazy river almost whole days. They also liked the slides. The lazy river was comfortably warm and I enjoyed it myself :) We also appreciated the quietness of the place and its prices. I can't say that the place was perfect but it was clean and good enough for its price. My kids can't wait to go there again.

The Fantasy World Resort is the best vacation home rental in the area, plenty of amenities for the entire family, no matter the age you will have something to do. Very close to Disney parks, restaurants and grocery stores. Just beware when renting directly with them, they still have lots old units and you never know if you will be the lucky one to get a nicely renovated house or a old stink unit. You can use rental sites like Airbnb and pick exactly the unit you want.

I know there were a few bad reviews but our experience was great took 12 minutes to get to sea world about 15 for Disney the pool was clean large hot tubs game room. The hair dryer didn't work but they replaced it quickly. Room was very clean all the amenities you could need full kitchen that had been recently updated. Room, sheets, pillows all smelled clean and fresh. Staff was also very friendly with patrolling security to make you feel safe but not worried.

Overall a nice place to stay. Things in the room have been kept up to date. Amenities are pretty good as well. Would recommend to those looking for a nice family friendly resort close to Disney.

Couldn't have been happier with our stay. This place is amazing. Check in super easy. Villa was clean. Beds comfortable. Pool area great. Lazy river, indoor and outdoor bar. Hot tubs. Zero entry pool. Volley ball area in sand. Well stocked kitchen. This is our new vacation rental every time we come here. Drive to Disney parks is so easy.

Stayed at FantasyWorld Resort for a family reunion. We had a wonderful time! The two slides were a constant source of fun for both children and adults. They had scheduled activities for the kids to participate in. Loved adult BINGO! The suite's were very spacious, nice & clean. Had a few issues with appliances, but they were handled. Was located near Old Town which we visited and enjoyed the fun it offered. (I would recommend the go carts.. so much fun!)Overall was a nice place to have our reunion and would stay there again!

The resort staff were all very friendly. This was my second stay which resulted negative opinions. It was a good price and, as I said, the staff was very friendly. The downside, the rooms are in door need of rennovation. Things didn't work, there were leaks, a door didn't lock (which is a safety issue). In all honesty, I will not be staying here the next time I visit Orlando. The price was not worth a headache.

Been here several times and it has really went down hill. This well my last time here. The pool area is totally out of control. People just walk in and enjoy a free day at the pool. Doesn't matter if you stay here or not. So if you stay near by and want to use the pool and slides I guess you can just come over and enjoy. Kids fighting in the pool, eating food, throwing trash. Could be a nice place if they had someone enforcing the rules. Don't be fooled by the pictures, those are from years ago. Pool and lazy river are constantly closed due to some crapping or puking in them. Shame Use to be a favorite spot.

The villas are a bit small and dated, could use a overall. King bed is two Twins together. If you kneel in the middle, it's not comfortable. Some of the woodwork should be replace as well as a.c. vents. Found a bug the other night inside. The pools are real nice and the staff is friendly. Pool great for children. Like the bar by the pool.

A no frills short term condo rentals. 15 -30 mins from Disney World. (Depending on traffic) Had out of town family stay there. Was a decent size 2 story condo. They really stack the units in though. No privacy if curtain on back sliding door is open.

This is a nice resort . I looked at sooooooo many reviews prior to visiting , so I went in and checked all the cons I seen on other reviews our hair dryer worked, water got extremely hot, washer and dryer worked just fine, there was a little hole in our screened porch, rooms were clean, we had plenty of towels and extra linen kitchen was fully equipped.. the staff that I did associate myself with were polite my kids loved the pool and the water slide is a blast the furniture is a bit outdated but I have seen worst everything worked and we had everything we needed we brought our own pillowcases and extra bedding but the ones they provided were clean this is a nice place to visit with the kids or a couples trip every store u can just about think of is on 1 main strip very convenient to everything you could possibly want even the main attractions
