This hotel only get a 2 star because they are making some improvements. The halls been painted. Some of the rooms have been fixed up but others need more work. They are progresing. The biggest change for me is security (integrity protection services public safety). So the rif-raf that's use to be there lining the halls are pretty much gone. Security check your room numbers and id to make sure you suppose to be there and if you have visitor they got to come get you. So no more just anybody hanging out there. It feels alot safer now. Shout out to integrity protection services public safety for making the place safer.

They got roaches and bed bugs and me and my Girl friend had to change rooms and i left some stuff in our old room. So go down stairs to the front desk and ask for the key to get my girls stuff twice. I came back the first time the tv was there come back the second time the tv was there. So this mourning the owner comes to the room door ask about the tv i told him it was in the old room why would i take a tv if I'm staying there he was like I'm check the camera i said cool go ahead fine with me. Then as we check out the lady at the front desk was like ik that y'all don't care but y'all can't come back cause the tv is missing. Me and my girl looked at each other and laughed and said that is cool cause we won't coming back anyways and y'all got people taking y'all tv out the room cause yall hotel is trash y'all got roaches and bed bugs like shut your trash can down.

Upon check in and arrival to my room there was no toilet paper, the over head light was burnt out, and no trash can on the room at all. The police showed up before completing check in, never a good sign! Front desk was friendly enough. The pool is filled and covered over.

The 1 star is for the nice staff. This has been the worse hotel experience of my life. I was charged a cancellation fee as a no show when I had in fact checked in. There was an issue with plumbing causing the bathroom to flood, everything was dirty and disgusting. someone approached me in the parking lot asking if I know which room they could get drugs from. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

I've stayed a entire week, it was no diff then the micro or any other cheap hotel you get what you pay forplus it's in Raleigh can't expect but so much the ppl wore a lil off and my cable went out but the stay was chill and peaceful. But they do need to hurry up the upgrades! And they had no bedbugs a least on my visit unlike the extended stay on cap!

I was just visiting but this place does not feel safe, even during the day and I have lived in the hood before. 3 suspicious looking people hanging out at the entrance tried to approach me selling drugs. The hallway was 97°.

Absolutely horrible. Junkies and hookers everywhere. This place is a freaking cesspool of the worst of what Raleigh has to offer. Avoid at all costs.

Smells of urine, weed, and decay in all areas. Trash in the hallways, elevator rarely works, most things are dirty or broken in the hotel, hallways and rooms. Prostitution and drug deals occur all within the property. Police presence often. It's loud, doors slamming all night, jolting your room door constantly. People knock on your door at all hours of the day or night. That lie about their prices and do not honor the deposit you pay when you pay for a week because they omit it from your bill so you cannot provide proof.
