Huge and amazing place! Good for all ages. Tons of things to do. Staff is extremely nice, especially manager Brittany. She sacrificed her personal time to show us around. She was very friendly and patient with all our questions. Will come back 100% Prices are very attractive.
Great job to this company! They added so many things since we were here last. They have an American Ninja warrior style obstacle course! There is a mini warp wall! They added a small toddler area that has a small foam pit. This area is not the best if you have a 2.5 year old like we do. I believe they could do better here with some better toys/obstacles for toddlers. The rest of the place has all improved with mini bowling alleys and pool halls. Great job and we are excited to bring our son back as he grows up.
I had my son and daughters birthday parties at Rebounderz and both were amazing!!! The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The kids had a blast and already asking to go back. I recommend to all parents having their child's birthday at rebounderz. Mom approved!!
The crew members some are ok but some are just stuck up and they are so bossy to my kids.. they are only 4 and 6 year old and they talk to them like they need to know all the damn rules .. they are kids here to have fun we signed the waiver let them be kids stop stopping them everyone and telling them u can't do this or do that or trust me we are never coming back .. we wanted to try it but I regret it . Will go back to velocity it's way bigger and better ..
Cool place, kept kids busy but not sure 2 hours for 3 kids is worth 100 +
Definitely enough to keep kids busy for couple hours though and staff was friendly and helpful.
Definitely worth checking out if you have the money
We're from the Ft Lauderdale (So FL) area and we were taking a road trip with our two kids, ages 2 & 7, to SC and NC. This was the perfect stop, only about 1 mile from i95, to let the kids run & jump after sitting in a car for hours, and grab lunch or dinner. We stopped both on the way up and down since we liked it so much. Besides the normal trampolines and such, they have a "ninja" course which both bigger kids and adults can try, and different levels of the course. There's a toddler area with a foam pit, a banana ride, wall puzzle thingies, and a car like thing the kids can sit in and pretend to drive. There are plenty of arcade games, in good working condition, maybe 30? Nothing, at this point was broken (which we usually see at the places by us). It wasn't overwhelmingly filled with the electronic games which was nice cause my kids sometimes tend to stop jumping to play the video games. The place was never very busy or crowded, even the layout was spread out compared to the places by us in So FL, and their bathrooms were clean and nice. The menu had a good range of choices for kids and adults. They have the standard kids fare (pizza, hot dogs, nuggets, etc.), burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, salad, a grilled veggie wrap with hummus - overall a good selection and decent quality food. They mentioned they were recently renovated which showed. I also want to point out that the people working there were very nice. The people working there always had a smile for us and the kids, and were very helpful. Our second visit was on the way home and there were very few patrons so we felt comfortable leaving our leftover food on the table while we played some games. Anyhow, we had already cleared away the garbage and I grabbed an extra plate to cover the pizza my son didn't eat. When we returned to the table one of the ladies had boxed it up in a to go box which was really nice. If we plan another long road trip we'll definitely stop here again.
This place is super fun. The staff doesn't bother you much, even if you happen to bounce off the sign on the wall that says don't bounce off the wall. Metaphorically speaking, of course, should that happen They're really great about not being buzzkills. This goes with their other courses; and it certainly made a great experience. No babysitting needed. If that begins, that's where things go downhill.
Attended birthday party here. Staff wasn't friendly when entering the facility. Staff did not explain that waiver needed to be filled out for the toddler area. She indicated that if the child could walk they could jump but if they were not jumping the waiver didn't need to be signed. The place was dirty even in the toddler area. My family and I won't be going back there. So disappointing!! We were planning on checking out toddler days with some friends. we will take our business elsewhere.
After going to Velocity I was super disappointed in Rebounderz. I had six kids there today and they actually got bored before the hour was up. There is a lot less to do and certainly not worth the money. To add to the insult of the high price we had to buy socks. We actually brought socks with us but they were from Velocity. They are EXACTLY the same just black and not blue. At Velocity they exchange the socks for their own for free. Not here. You could not even exchange socks for a bigger size. The whole experience was disappointing. I definitely won't be coming back.
Great place for the kids to wear themselves out!!! Lots of cardio exercise for them. Kids loved it! Nice to have place to eat and watch them too.
Took my niece and nephew this week for the first time. The prices are a bit expensive but I think it didn't help that I had to buy them special socks. The girl at the front didn't understand what I wanted for my 5 year old niece and tried to charge me twice, I asked for a manager and he was quick to rectify the situation. My family had a great time. Only thing I would suggest would be a music change. TLC's red light special and Drake are not appropriate for children even with the curse words bleeped.
The facility was fun, lively kids smiling and enjoying themselves. My only concern was we had a football banquet coaches, parents and players. The kids got rowdy talking during awards the staff that was assigned to us felt it was his responsibility to holler and quiet our group. I thought that was a bit out of line. Again coaches and parents were surrounding the 6-8 yr olds. All in all great location tons to do
Staff spoke to my wife very rude, and one of my trophies was broken in 3 places. We did not have some additional drinks we ordered for our team party, so it felt unorganized somewhat. The private team party room I did like, you could actually hear one another. The kids did have fun, but the result as a coach/ parent is that it needs better organization and friendlier staff from a team party perspective. Taking your kids there in a non-party visit may be better.
We were first timers to Rebounderz and the boys had a blast! If u think u are an adult in shape, jump on the trampolines for 10minutes to test that theory;) Lots to do, I liked the rock walls & the games, the boys liked Laser Tag, Ninja Course, & Bank Vault where u avoid lasers. They didn't seem as strict as I would've preferred as some very young kids were using the Ninja Course as a jungle gym & toddlers wanted to play in the foam pit (u have to get out for the next person to jump). I'm not sure what would happen if adults wanted to time themselves doing the course, but maybe that's where staff steps in. The reason for losing 1 star is that it is pricey, and the day we went the mini-bowling was broken as well as skeeball, and both we were hoping to try. This is a fun place BUT (huge BUT) we went on a weekday during school as we had no young kids. I imagine they are packed on the weekends so keep that in mind. We will be back!
