Great group at Lucas! They were fast, friendly, and exceeded my expectations. My wife and I were in the Jacksonville area for only 3 days visiting family. We saw the vehicle that we wanted weeks before the trip and had been in contact with Chandler who communicated with us, sent us photos upon request and answered any questions we had about the vehicle. When we finally came into town, we met with him and noticed some minor blemishes that we pointed out to him. Chandler knew we were in a time crunch so the vehicle was taken in for repair/paint job, detailed and was prepped for us all in one day! There was no pressure or signing of papers by Chandlerhe simply stated that his team would get right in with the repairs, wash it up and detail it, fix the areas that we pointed out to him and for us to swing by the next day. He mentioned that if we wanted to buy it at that point we can do so if not, then that's okay too! He was very professional all the way through and stuck to his word even though I was skeptical with the time frame on getting the repairs completed. We love our Acura MDX. Big thanks to Chandler and the crew at Lucas for a great experience and making the car buying process simple and stress free 👍👍

The experience was great. Dustin was very helpful and will recommend him if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle. We didn't feel pressured and although we didn't find what we were looking for on the lot, we will definitely return to order a vehicle if we cannot find what we want on another Honda lot.

This was the easiest car purchase I've ever made. I live in Georgia and negotiated with Chandler Gruenemier by email. All I had to do when I got there was test drive and sign some papers. There was a slight problem with the car and Chandler got it straight into their maintenance department and took care of it in about 15 minutes. Great customer service and very nice people.

The easiest experience I've ever had in buying a car. I was familiar with all of the numbers and armed for a grueling experience that many other dealerships were eager to provide. All figures were well-over what was quoted at Lucas. I went to the dealership and they gave me a better value than I had been quoted anywhere else for my trade by a mile. My wife and I never sat at one of the dealership tables and we were never made to play the waiting game. Only one dealer was willing to beat their price(By $100 on a color that my wife hated). One even replied "Good deal."

Other dealerships in the past have looked at me and tried to gauge how much money they could play me for on a new vehicle. Lucas simply saw me as a way to continue to sell a high number of vehicles by undercutting the competition from the outset. Jim was awesome and transparent. Do yourself a favor before buying a new Honda. Email Jim and watch what happens with the other dealers.

Mike very promptly scheduled an appointment for my first service on my new Honda. I was greeted by Pam and pleased with her friendly and courteous manner. My car was taken immediately for service. I received a thorough report on all inspections and services provided, including a car wash! My experience gave me such a feeling of satisfaction. I will continue my relationship with Lucas Honda for future purchases and excellent service.
