Though it is very true what my husband, Vernon Gordon had to say about our initial sales experience there at this dealership in Orange Park, and the staff and our sales person, Brandon Bellew, was very helpful, in the beginning, and let us make the exchange from the Outlander Sport, which I did NOT LIKE AT ALL, and went and picked up a Fiat 500 that was fully loaded that I REALLY LOVED, AND ENJOYED DRIVING THIS CAR VERY MUCHHERE IS THE PROBLEM, SO BEWARE THAT YOU MAY RUN INTO THE SAME TREATMENT: My husband , who works for Comcast, as a sales representative, and travels, had just been in a very serious accident, and the car we PREVIOUSLY had was totaled, (NOT HIS FAULT), but even though we live here in Brunswick, Ga., we DECIDED TO GO TO THIS DEALER, and now, AFTER SIGNING THE PAPERWORK, AND GIVING THEM EVERYTHING THAT THEY ASKED FOR PROOF OF INCOME, (AND MORE), I GOT A CALL FROM BRANDON YESTERDAY, 07/20/2017, and HE TELLS ME NOW THAT THE BANK, (REGIONAL ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION) WANTS TO DROP THE DEAL, AND WE SIGNED THIS DEAL ON 07/05/2017, AND WE TOLD THE BANK EVERYTHING!!! THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO US, AND WHEN I CALLED WOODY TODAY, (07/21/2017) TO ASK HIM IF HE COULD TRY ANOTHER LENDER, HE SAID NO, AND THAT HE WOULD NEED THE CAR BACK TODAY, AND HE KNEW THAT WE WENT ALL THE WAY THERE IN A RENTAL, AND THAT IS WHAT HE SUGGESTED THAT WE DOGET A RENTAL, AND GET HIS CAR BACK TO HIM TODAY!!!!
GUESS THEY ARE ALL MORE WORRIED ABOUT GETTING THE CAR BACK THAN TRYING TO FIND ANOTHER SOLUTION TO SELL IT!!!
THANKS FOR WASTING SEVERAL OF OUR DAYS DOWN THERE FOR NOTHING!!! I WILL NOT EVER TRY TO PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!!!! YOU CAN STICK "YOUR" CAR AS FAR UP YOUR TAIL PIPE AS YOU CAN GET IT!!!! NO GOOD AND DISHONEST!!!!

Orange Park Mitsubishi has definitely gone above and beyond taking care of my wife and I came down to Jacksonville from Brunswick Ga. wanting to get a car. We bought the wrong one, my wife was not pleased. Orange Park Mitsubishi allowed us to exchange it without a problem they even went out of their way to trade a Spider for a fully loaded Fiat. My wife and I are extremely pleased and happy with the service that Brandon Ballew provided. If you're going to buy a car this is the place to buy it hands down the best experience that I have ever had.

Had a great experience at the dealership. Did not plan on buying at the time as i was in there to get pre-approved. Ending up purchasing a 2012 Ford Edge SE that they had listed at the dealership. Offer was too good to pass up. Yipp was great to work with and was very patient with me during the process. They were able to meet my expectations with no real issues. Would definitely recommend them to others. The staff overall made me feel real welcome and there was no high pressure.

Had my car not been totaled I would have been perfectly fine never going into a car dealership. Mac was absolutely the best , he was extremely helpful and a good person all around. He showed me the cars I wanted to see, took the time to listen to what I needed in a vehicle for my family and eventually found exactly what I wanted within my budget. Richard in finance was also great and helpful. The whole time at Orange Park Mitsubishi I never felt pushed to do anything I didn't want to do as I felt at other dealerships I had previously visited. Just a great overall experience, with Mac, and i got the car of my dreams!
