Raymond service advisor is always awesome and helpful. This location provides unlimited popcorn, soda, and coffee. **the bonus is the awesome movie theater while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. If you have children they have a small game room to keep them entertained. LOVE THIS LOCATION!!

Love this dealer. I have already purchased 2 vehicles here. My 2nd was in November of this year. I deal with Mr. John Floyd he makes everything easy and not pushy when it comes to negotiations. I was impressed on my first purchase a few years ago and my 2nd purchase was even a better experience. Best dealer experience I've had personally. Weather you know what your looking for or not these guys will help you. Also their car service is also great.They have a mini theater with popcorn available if you wait for your car. If not also shuttle may be available for you. I will continue my business with them.

We appreciated the fact that Will Cooper would go out of his way to bring us the 2017 Terrain Denali to our home. My husband and I really hate to drive in Jacksonville. I tried out the Denali and we bought it last night. Normally buying a car is as stressful as dealing with an insurance company. You know you are being taken when you walk in the door. Will Cooper gave the best car buying experience ever. I went there late on a Friday night after work when I was tired and didn't really feel like car shopping (but need to and have very little time) and it ended up being the best part of my day. So great I went back immediately the next morning and bought the car. Will is very professional, not pushy, honest and wants the best for his customers. This is a good place to take your vehicle for service. They are friendly and very helpful. Bill Mooney is a busy person but he ensures all his customers are greeted when they arrive and taken care of in a timely manner. He also explains everything to you that needs done to your vehicle as well as keeps you updated on the status. Service has always been exceptional here.

We had a very positive experience with Coggin Nissan at the Avenues. The sales person Luis was not pushy and worked hard to get us the best deal on Nissan Rouge, not compromising on our interest. The finance person, George was very honest in explaining the lease process and not even once try to push/sell any additional warranty/servicing packages. Following the protocol he described everything and the let us decided if we wanted to purchase any extra coverage. Other sales personnel involved; Brenden and Zen were helping as well. We would like to thank everyone for a an excellent experience.

I walked out with a Brand new car!!!! Will Cooper was absolutely amazing!!!! Very helpful, understanding, worked well with my numbers. I told him what I was looking for and he did his very best and actually went and over achieved our goals! I would recommend him to anyone! Best salesman I ever worked with. Never once lied to me. I recently leased a Nissan Rogue with Jason "the real deal" Smith, I mean he really is the real deal! The whole staff was professional and very helpful, they not only want your business but your trust and satisfaction. I had no intention to get a car that day, I had just took my Ford Escape to their collision center to get it upraised and thought I'd stop by their dealership to check out their cars. Boy their honesty and respect made me go with Nissan. By respect I mean they didn't try to tell me what to do, what I've encountered with many dealerships. Jason listen to my needs and concerns, made his own suggestions but ultimately let me decide what was best for me. Coggin Nissan at the avenue is not just a dealership, a relationship and trust builder, because they want you to be happy and come back and also write a wonderful review like this! 🤗🤗🤗 And did I mentioned all the calls I received from them to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase?
