I have delt with this dealership over the years from when I had seadoo and four wheelers and me and my friend and dad had all the same experience the service section are really nice but are always trying to pull for more money with little justification I called to have one oil seal replaced and was quoted 250 for time and parts I had already had parts so I gave them to the service guys and no change in price just to receive a call asking to add 30 mins to slide the engine forward bringing my total to 320 and I told them that it was there problem I was quoted 250 and they should do what needed to be done. Received another call for more parts and now my total is 425 for a single oil seal I proceeded to tell them your killing me because the atv only cost 400 so all in all 3 hours to take off a single engine cover that I could not do myself but I had taken apart and put back together in less than an hour they should stay true to there quotes same happened to my friend and dad

So far, I am rating this place with 1 star. The service here is not up to par. The Service Writers want to argue with you and they are quick to place blame on you instead of owning up to their mistakes. This establishment has given me nothing but bad experiences and I will NEVER use them again. If you have issues with your bike/ATV research for another shop, it's worth the extra drive.

Awesome selection on both new and used bikes! The staff is great and never pressured me to buy anything. They truly wanted to make sure that I was committed to a bike before I got one.

Listen folks. Jordon in Parts is the Best. Absolutely great! The service department cares about your issues and works through them with you. Great facility and tons to choose between.

This is my new place for my bike repairs. Had a simple wheel swap out and for the price and time it took it was well worth it. Bill in the service department was awesome and any time I interacted with any staff members it was pleasurable. I highly recommend this place to any of my other dirt riding friends.

Clint does an awesome job in sales. Marshall in service is always top notch. Robert, Sam, and Jordan always make sure I get the right stuff the first time around and keep the stocking of merchandise correct for whatever projects I might be doing or servicing my machines. Top notch dealership!

The only reason I picked 5 stars is cuz they didn't have 10!! Clint, (my salesperson), Omar, (sales Mgr), and Jordan, (Apparel and aftermarket sales), were fantastic. Originally, I knew what I wanted so I did an internet search and found several "good deals" out there. As I spoke to the different dealers around, I found Clint to be a no-nonsense, straight forward person. I didn't get the impression he just wanted to unload a bike. He took the time to talk with me, find out what it is I wanted, and connected with me several times to make sure he had, and could get what I wanted. I have so many options with just this one bike. Now that my purchase is complete, I don't feel I'm just a customer, but rather a family member of Jacksonville Powersports. 'Thanks brother Clint and sister Jordan!' I'll be seeing you again.

Amazing customer service. Clint went above and beyond for us to get our new Teryx! Got the deal worked out over the phone since we live over 3 hours away and had everything ready to go as soon as I got to the shop the next day. Quick and easy! Even let us bug him on his days off:) Definitely worth the 3 hour drive. My boyfriend bought a Can Am Commander from him years ago and he still remembered him and helped us out so much. Highly recommend this place and be sure to ask for Clint!

I had a very good experience with the sales department of Jacksonville Powersports. I was a first time buyer of a Can Am Spyder and the sales staff was very accommodating in finding me exactly the model I was looking for even though they did not have it in stock. I took about a day to find the model and get it delivered. I have been back for routine service twice and have had a good experience with the service department too. I am satisfied with the dealership.”

“May 2015 I contacted you guys about a Vulcan S. I'm not much on negotiating back and forth, and I told Byron this - nicely, but clearly. He came back with a good price, we worked out details and bike was purchased; as a surprise for my wife. Your team got as kick out of this, even when the surprise was ruined by a friend, and she picked it up. You didn't have Reduced Reach in inventory, so the parts were pulled from the floor sample, and we were on our way. 6,300 miles later, she loves the bike. My 2012 ZG1400 is currently in your service for maintenance, and the courteous, very pleasant, service continues.”

Awesome dealership. Clint is the guy to deal with in sales he made sure everything we were promised was delivered on. Marshall in service always takes care of my husband's bike and he was amazing on our newest Sea Doo Spark purchase on walk through. I recommend this dealer to all my friends and will continue to do business with these guys. Thanks again!
