Spectacular service and support on an older Subaru that I purchased used. They have gone way above and beyond in taking care of any repair that I have needed. I'll buy my next New car from them as a result!!

Update since I cannot reply: My apologies, his exact words were "you bought a used vehicle learn the laws, get an attorney.." I received his voicemail and will return his call.

    - If i could leave less I would for the complete and utter disrespect I was shown by just about every single person at this dealership (except service, they are great). I went there because I found my dream Jeep, my very first vehicle purchase. I did my research and knew everything about the vehicle (it listed it had heat just for future reference). After talking with the salesman and getting the price we both were happy with I was approved and purchased the vehicle.(Later found out they ran my credit through about 6 different places, that's fine I wanted that jeep I will rebuild my credit) Once it got cold, I turned my heater on only to find that it didn't work. I called the dealership and made it back several times for them to attempt to fix it. Mind you I live 90 miles away. The service gentleman told me each time it was fixed, it was not, after 3 separate attempts. I still, close to 2 years later do not have heat. The dealership, including the manager and general manager told me to shove it and get a lawyer since vehicles were as is used, even though it listed working heat and it clearly did not work, because they were willing to cover this repair, and neither was the warranty company since it was preexisting. After many tears and trying to pursue these incredible rude men I have given up. My dream jeep, I saved and waited for so long for this vehicle. I worked very hard to get it only to find out the windshield was actually cracked when I got it, cracked all the way across since, got it fixed since its Florida, I still do not have heat, the 3 inch lift is just spacers, whatever that's fine its perfect I will eventually pay the $1,500 to get the heat fixed. I feel bad for these men who feel that they need to treat their customers the way they do. If you value your dignity and time, please think twice before going here. They are heartless.

I love my (second) Subaru. I love taking my Subaru to Subaru of Jacksonville. The dealership and all of the people there are truly good at their jobs and I've always been treated fairly.

Very impressed with the service quality of this place, maybe because it’s not one of those huge dealerships. It’s like a small town vs a big city. Steven Barba listened to our concerns and answered all our questions..a very knowledgeable guy, he knows these Subaru inside and out. He just sold us an Outback and my wife can’t be happier. We were impressed with Steven’s patience and the fact that I drove to my wife work to test drive the vehicle. He was always thinking of how accomodate our needs and never pushy. I definitely recommend anyone thinking of getting one of these awesome vehicles to go see Steven, you will not be disappointed.

The statement drive a Subaru and you'll buy a Subaru is an absolute fact! First time buying a Subaru and there's no turning back this is a lifetime vehicle brand for me.. also this location is the best everybody was so nice to us and made us really comfortable with the decision we were making and answered every question that we had.

Although my Forester has 110k miles on it, I still take it to this dealer for servicing. They are fast, efficient, friendly and reasonable. (A local mechanic here in St. Augustine gave me a quote on a timing belt that was twice what I paid here.) I was there yesterday, and as usual, they were terrific. Thanks, Danny. Small world that I bought my Subaru at the dealership in Connecticut that is also owned by Phil Porter. Good job, Mr. Porter.

Steve, our salesperson, was the absolute best! No high power sales and argued to get us the best price. Plus still love the car a month out!

Had one of the best car-buying experiences here. John Pitts, my salesman, was on the ball from the first time I emailed the dealership. Because he was so quick to respond and courteous, I worked my schedule so he would be there when I went in to do a test drive. What I noticed, though, was that everyone there was just as pleasant. The best part was there was no pressure to buy, and once I did decide to buy everything was presented clearly with absolutely no pressure to purchase any "add ons" (e.g. extended warranties, etc.). It was probably the first time I left a dealership with no regrets, or wondering if I'd made a wise decision. Thank you Subaru of Jacksonville for your sales culture. By the way, the commercial is right - if you drive a Subaru, you'll buy a Subaru.

That are absolutely fantastic and very helpful. I honestly feel like I can trust them with my car. Which is more than I can say for most of the shops I've been to. I appreciate the service and will definitely be coming back.

Bought three cars from this place over the years. Same friendly team, no pressure ever. It's a great place to shop, must also be a great place to work.

Our sales person enjoyed showing us the vehicle the features and when it came to price was willing to negotiate. For me it was the best car dealership I've ever been to

Bought our first Subaru there--a Forrester. Hands down the best dealer experience I've ever had buying a car. No pressure at all. Got us out very quickly once we decided on the car we wanted. Not a bad thing to say about this place.

Ask for Jerry Johnson--he was AWESOME--tell him Rick Farmer sent ya! :)

The service department is very impressive. I brought my Subby in for maintenance, and the gentleman directing me to the correct drop off set the tone of friendliness and efficiency and clear communication. The cost was clearly presented, the work was done quickly, and there were no surprises. Very professional!

One of the managers, Shaun, was amazingly helpful. I needed a key replacement and while at first they were unsure if I could get the key today, he personally made the trip over to their partner store to get the key made for me. Many auto shops would just tell you it would take a day or so, but Shaun made it happen today, and with very short notice. It was probably the smoothest auto service experience I've ever had. While, we had to wait a short while for the key, Shaun was very friendly and made me feel like I was more than just a customer, and it made the burden of lost keys much lighter. The rest of the staff were also very friendly the entire time I was at the dealership. This was my first experience at this particular location and it was absolutely painless. Thanks Shaun, and thanks everyone who helped me out.
