If you are in the market for a new Honda, go see Van Jones, Sales Consultant at Duval Honda! We had an appointment set and Van was available and on time when we arrived, super important. Van spent four hours with us showing us seven different vehicles and test drove four of them. With excitement, he presented each of the vehicles, in varying models as well as an SUV. Since we were on the hunt, we wanted to explore all of our options. Initially, we looked at a Civic, but after previously owning an Accord, we were more comfortable with a larger vehicle. His product knowledge on each of the vehicles was stellar and if he didn't know something, he found out. He never made us feel pressured or rushed to make a purchase. He never answered his phone for personal, other customers or left our side during our entire visit. He made us feel like we were the only customers that mattered. He made us feel comfortable and was personable as a human being. You earned customers for life Van!

Dealerships, like all of them, have the bulldog (the Sales Manager) you eventually have to deal with and this step requires you to do your homework and to be informed. If you are trading in a vehicle, know what your vehicles value is so you can confidently negotiate.
A value should Never be given before ever assessing a vehicle. There is always going to be a haggle and a hassle.

TO DUVAL HONDA: Van Jones is a model of what a sales consultant is, does, and should be. He is to be commended for his efforts and skill in making us feel comfortable, confident, and welcomed into your dealership.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Van. So about 3 years ago he helped us with the current lease of our CRV. We loved it so much we wanted to buy it and he remembered us and made the process so smooth. I am really glad we came back to see Van he really made the experience very smooth and memorable. Duval Honda has world class customer service and they really want to make sure you are satisfied. They did that and more.

My experience at Duval Honda was great. Jake was our sales guy- and I would definitely recommend him!! He was very helpful, friendly and honest.
I had a general idea of the size car I needed with two large dogs and Jake’s suggestion worked out perfectly. Love it.
He went through all the cars features and hooked up my Bluetooth for me-and overall made the whole time there enjoyable.

I've been to many dealerships in my life and this was by far the worst experience. I was poorly profiled as soon as I walked in the door. For starters, I called ahead and "made an appointment" but when I arrived I was free dibs for the salesmen. I informed the man who I was directed to that I had an appointment and wanted to see a specific vehicle. He refused to even show me the car. Mind you it was supposed to be pulled up front for me when I got there. I had already been pre approved for a loan, but that didn't matter. After an hour of bs with this man he then attempted to sell me cars completely different than what I went there for. When I went to leave the manager chased after me. Even after me telling this man that I could buy the car cash if I wanted to, they still would not show it to me. Instead I was asked questions like why would I want a second car. Mind you I already own 2 vehicles. Should it matter why I want an additional car? I will NEVER spend a penny with this dealership or any of it's associates. I do not recommend them at all. The car I drove there was worth more than most cars on their lot. However, I'm pregnant and wasn't dressed at my best because I like to be comfortable, so I was discriminated against and tried as if I was broke or someone they could hustle. This could have been an easy sale had they just showed me the car I went there to see. Don't waste your time cause that is exactly what this dealership will do.

This was the second time we have purchased a car/truck from Duval Honda. Both times our sales person was Van Jones. He did a wonderful job the first time that’s why we went back the second time. Our youngest son wanted a truck but had a dollar amount he could not go over. For the money he could have gotten a very nice car that was much newer then the truck he purchased. But Van listened to my son and got him a great deal on a great truck. Afterwards I was so glad Van listened to my son. I haven’t seen him so happy about anything in a long time. Buying a car is painful but buying it from Van Jones is painless. Thank you Duval Honda and Van Jones.

since the day I purchased it from them about 13 years ago. Over the years I have
consistently and effectively communicated with my one and only Service Advisor,
Mr. Tom Martin, who always gave and continues to give me excellent and very timely
recommendations and advice. Today my Honda Pilot runs as smooth and effectively as
it did when my wife and I purchased it brand new 10 years ago, thanks to Tom Martin and
your great service department. John McKean is a very good Service Advisor who I ask for if Tom Martin is not available.

I just leased my 6th Honda vehicle, my salesperson was Jake McKee, he was great. I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay and he made it happen. It was a great experience. The staff at Duval are all friendly and they go out of their way to ensure that leasing/purchasing a vehicle is quick and painless!! I recommend Duval Honda to everyone! Hands down the best dealership around!

Called about a van they had in stock. Dealer was selling it for $4k over sticker price. For a van. When asked what it came with, they said nitrogen filled tires.

First of all, paying full sticker price for a vehicle is perfectly fine if a customer is willing to pay it. The van comes from the factory with the price on it, which I've never paid (most people don't unless it's a limited edition vehicle with only a few of them made). But since it had the right color combination and it had come out recently, we figured that we would pay what Honda asked. But $4k over sticker price because a dealer is excessively greedy? Yeah, it gets posted on Google reviews for people wondering if this is a dealer with integrity, which it is apparently not. I hope you get your $4k, but you sure as heck won't be getting my business.

I came to Duval Honda for an oil change and general inspection. I was immediately greeted by the friendliest staff that checked me in for my appointment with no waiting or confusion. My service advisor was Ryan and he was very helpful, efficient, and friendly. There was no pressure to buy anything extra however they still shared possible concerns which was insightful for future reference. I was in and out in about 45 minutes with an oil change, inspection, car wash, and vacuum. I am pleased to say I had an excellent experience at Duval Honda! (5/19)

I could not give Duval Honda a more positive review! The communication, customer service, value and overall experience has been phenomenal. I purchased my Pilot Elite from them in February 2017. I researched and spoke to several dealers across SC, GA and FL. Not only did Duval give me the best price but they provided me the best customer service. I had personal cell phone numbers throughout the process and even after the process. Any questions/concerns that I have today are still addressed 100% and timely. They earned customers for life with my entire family!
