Today was first experience since the covid 19 pandemic. I was overly impressed with dr. Raetz and his staffs set up and dental process. Upon scheduling my cleaning dr. Raetz carefully reviewed the appropriate protocol For my dental service. The moment I stepped into see Maureen I got my temp checked, wash my hands w sanitizer And reviewed the safety instructions. Every step of the way it was about my experience, my safety and the staffs safety. I felt so comfortable and safe. I was highly impressed with dr. Raetz and the staffs(Maureen) attention to my care and health & wellbeing. Dr. Raetz has gone above and beyond to make this a great experience considering our current situation. A simple yearly check up exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend dr. Raetz.

Just an amazing practice! Never thought I would say that I look forward to going to the Dentistbut wow..yes I do! Probably the most painless dentist in existence!

I give this office a five stars Randy Raetz is the best dentist to go to the only dentist my family and I have chosen for the last 13 years won’t ever change, Make a change for 2020 and choose Doctor Randy you won’t regret it Best experience ever and best of all my kids love him. Never a bad experience because this office treats you like family they love and truly care about you and your dental needs. Thank you Doctor Randy and wonderful staff.

I had really negative experiences with dentist as a child and avoided any dental care unless absolutely necessary. When it finally became necessary I chose Dr. Randy Raetz. His staff, his demeanor, his professional abilities are beyond excellent. I credit everyone in his office with helping me overcome my fears. Kudos!

Dr. Randy and Maureen are the best! I have been to many dentists across the country (from Charlottesville to San Jose!) and can say with confidence that Dr. Randy's office is my favorite by far! Dr. Raetz and his team really are the best! I'm happy to have found a dentist that I can trust since I'm not originally from the area. I truly HATE needles and was quite nervous about going back to the dentist. However, Dr. Raetz and his wonderful staff made me feel quite relaxed, which says a lot considering my anxiety about these things. The office is very comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated, which is a nice bonus to help put you at ease. All of the hygienists are so friendly and gentle. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and Dr. Raetz is patient and great at explaining everything. They're very accommodating with scheduling and I've never had to wait for more than a minute, which is helpful if you have to squeeze an appointment into your work day. I honestly can't recommend them enough!

I went to Dr. Randy's because of a problem with my tooth. The tooth needed to be pulled. I was really nervous. Dr. Randy was upbeat and found things to get me talking. This really helped me to relax. Tooth came out and all was good!

Dr. Randy and his staff are the best!!! My family and I have been patients of Dr. Randy for a very long time. He and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer questions and always make you feel like the most important patient of the day! My 3 kids and I have been seeing Dr Randy and his staff for 15 years. We love them all, and have honestly never had a negative experience with him or the staff. The hygienists are all very friendly and welcoming. Dr Randy is funny, and relates well with kids and adults alike. He uses the latest technology and is very thorough. I highly recommend!!!

Dr. Randy and his staff are awesome! They are super friendly and make you feel at home in their office, which is conveniently located and well-decorated, too. They have evening hours on Tuesday so you can schedule your annual appointment outside of work hours. The office is run very efficiently--I was in and out for my appointment in less than an hour. Dr. Randy explains everything to you so you understand exactly what he is recommending and why. Happy to be part of this practice and have recommended that my fiance start coming here, too!

Dr Raetz and his staff are wonderful! I have always had a bad gagging problem while having procedures done and Gina stopped that on my first visit with her! Awesome!!! I have had a filling for years that my prior hygienist used to call "the shredder" because it always shredded floss. After my first visit with Dr Raetz - he suggested that it be fixed - so for the first time in years I can floss without getting floss stuck in the filling! Awesome Dr Raetz!!!

Coming from a small town personal dental office I am used to very friendly staff. This place is just like that everyone was very pleasant even for 6:00 in the evening when I had my first appointment. Maureen was very nice and very helpful, she had good suggestions for preventative care on my teeth! I am defiantly satisfied that I chose Rand Raetz, DDS and his staff as my new dental office.

My husband and I are new patients and we both had a great experience with our cleanings. I also had to go back to get a filling and it was the smoothest filling ever. The novacaine shots were painless, the filling was put in in the most efficient way possible and i only spent about 20 minutes in the chair. I would def recommend this dentist to everyone.

Usually I do not enjoy going to the dentist, but this time it wasn't so bad! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and inviting everyone was. I also loved the Islands decor! Dr. Randy was so friendly along with all the hygienists and receptionist. I highly recommend choosing this office as your dentist! My husband and 2 year old will also be going here.
