Phil & A Personal Touch did a great job, I use them for my home and my business carpets. My home carpet was in rough shape, and they were able to get out some stains that the previous company could not. Highly recommended!

If I was able to give this company no stars I would. Their customer service was horrible. The assistant to the actual carpet showed up and was not experienced enough to even know the basics of how to clean furniture upholstery. He walked out on the job. When I called their company to complain, they hung up on me. I ended up having to call another company on such short notice and they were able to do the job that A Personal Touch Carpet Cleaning refused to do!

Our family is new to Colorado so finding quality professionals to work with can be a challenge. After much research, we decided to have A Personal Touch to clean our carpets. We could not have been happier. Donna worked with us to find a convenient time to have the work done. Nick cleaned our carpets and took the time to explain what he found, what he recommended, and provided us with tips on fixing what we thought were unfixable spots. He is a very friendly, very professional person. I highly recommend this company for any carpet needs.

These guys were great. I had them restretch carpeting in four of my rooms and they were extremely reasonably priced compared to others. They were quick yet thorough. They called ahead to see if they could come earlier than planned. Would recommend them to anyone.

I had an excellent experience using A Personal Touch. I had called them to come clean a white linen couch that my 2 yr old had decided to artfully decorate with red punch. I thought the couch was most likely ruined, but Phil was a miracle worker and got the stains out. Reasonable priced, came out quickly and on time. Phil was very personable and attentive to our needs. Would definitely use them for our future cleaning needs.

Doing the review homework paid off! This is an awesome company, is easy to schedule and they actually show up on time! Their staff is courteous, professional and easy to work with. They did a great job on our carpets, we have 3 large dogs and 2 cats -carpet looks brand new! Also very affordable.
