Very disappointed with this practice !!!! Businesses try to create reasons for you to come to them , by damaging your teeth . Update they damaged my teeth , it has cracked more I wish I would have never went there . The guy was very weird and trembling alot .

I just relocated from out of state and decided to establish with East Ave after a recommendation from a co-worker. My initial visit I wasn't impressed with the dental hygienist I had - he was excessively chatty and seemed lost- like he didn't know what he was doing when we was taking my X-rays and explaining that I needed a deep cleaning - just very scattered and nervous (frequently asking other hygienists my basic questions that I had asked him) He scheduled me for a deep cleaning with him. The process was very nerve wrecking and I left there feeling very unsettled. I contemplated not returning and just cancelling but decided to give it another shot, and this time, I requested a new hygienist to preform my deep cleaning and I'm so glad I did because she was great. While no one ever wants to have a deep cleaning done, she made the process as pain free and comfortable for me as possible - I felt comfortable under her care and she never left me feeling uneasy! Hopefully this young man is just new and was nervous but I self advocated and am lucky I found a great hygienist that I will schedule with from now. Thanks East Ave Dentistry!

Dr.Harry Rosen is the Absolute Best Dentist I've ever been to in my life ! He is a perfectionist who gets every detail done with excellence, and the results are always Perfect !! You will be very pleased with everything his office does, and I have sent him many other patients Nate Agnello.

I am biased as I have literally been a patient of Dr. Harry my entire life and more recently Dr. Aaron, but that said, I love East Ave Dentistry. The office is beautiful & convenient, the staff kind and very capable, and all the dentists are so gentle. They explain their work thoroughly, and now I bring my children there and they love Dr. Keck, the pediatric dentist. I love using those massage chairs, too, while my teeth are polished up.

I highly recommend Dr. Kevin Flessig. My husband and I have been his patients since long before he joined this dental practice. This office is welcoming, easy to make and change appointments and great hygienists. Just be sure to request to see Dr. Flessig!

Incredibly professional staff, beautiful office, gentle and painless dentistry. They have a pediatric dentist on staff, and an amazing peds specific room as well. I highly recommend East Avenue Dentistry to anyone who is looking for a dentist, anyone is who dissatisfied with their dentist, or anyone who just wants to check out what highest level of dental care in Rochester looks like.
