The remax agent, Lisa Nguyen, is selling a house with not only the sellers’ property but the sellers robbed extra lot of 350 square feet that belongs to me, their neighbor. The sellers’ lot should be only 68 ft by 182 ft, but now they occupy 70 ft by 183 ft now.
When I informed Ms Lisa about this, she has never responded directly but has someone told me to sue the sellers.
When the realtor sells a stolen property, she becomes a responsible party .
Thus I have to sue both the sellers, and remax together with the agent, Lisa Nguyen. Hopefully they would let the buyers know that they sold a house with the neighbor’s lot.response / report this review -

I complained about a listing being in violation of fair housing laws and no one called me back to discuss the property. Well, that's a violation as well. If they are blatant about it they are likely not good property managers and likely will have no regard for their tenants or tenant's rights. Forewarned is forearmed.

I was part of the original construction of this building. And now I am back doing repairs. And the property management company is great. Love working here for them.

This place is real scummy. They severely underpay their employees. The managers even admit this. I was on a contract job and when they offered me the full time position they tried to scam me by giving me less money then I was making as a contractor. HR tries to intimidate the employees. She sits on the same floor and yet does not know anything about the department. Their excuse for giving people less pay is as they claim that they give out bonuses. They don't give employees any bonuses but the executives pay themselves out instead. The manager i worked under is a young inexperienced manager who only got the job because her mom works on another floor. She's rude and treats employees like scum. She talks to her employees like their trash and tries to justify it as "I'm a tough manager". They overcharge their agents for "Desk services" I do not recommend working here.

Dodgey characters! I called everyday about a place I saw online and no one ever called me back. The reception is clueless and the realtors are snobs. I called another Agency and they got my service.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Tammy Reghay, a real estate agent with Re/Max in Charlotte, NC. Tammy was more than helpful through the entire process. She was patient as I moved from house to house, in my search for "my house". I could tell that Tammy had my best interest at heart, as one day she was showing a house and got down on her hands and knees to check the condition of the water heater. She was truly a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much Tammy, my fiance and I could not be more happy with the house we've found!!

HELLO buyers of houses and LOTS IN THE MOUNTAINS etc..BEWARE.
We were told estimates of improvements on a lot out in the mountains; we did some research. It all seemed OK. The land salesman (used car and horse salesman too LOL) was Mark Skelton and he did not inform us of water and electric (extra) costs OUT IN THIS COLORADO MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY. He was rushing us.this lot will go quick (it is hard to sell in a place where there is water problems and electric COOP fees of thousands just to fill out a form for some other company to do your work..WE ABANDONED OUR BUILDING DREAMS. And NOW I have my loved ones ASHES on the property. SO I CAN NOT SELL AND BUY ANOTHER LOT.."oh..do you need me to sell it for you"NO NOTHING FROM REMAX I needed the TRUTH to start with. Maybe when they stop hiring sociopath sales people I will use remax NO WAY BUYER BEWARE.use a company that is not into commissions onlyGARBAGE CORPORATION.response / report this review -
