5 stars for academics. ZERO stars for website / use for parents. Too many various portals. Impossible to get a live person to clarify or give login information. Very unsatisfied.

Mr Waffles - The food here was pretty good but the service was absolutely terrible, the bathroom there was surprisingly clean but the one employee there named Joe (I think) was incredibly rude. Thank you.

The curriculum is pretty good as far as college prep is concerned. The teachers are kind and do a pretty good job of structuring classes and promoting self sufficiency. If you act like a young adult and have a good work ethic the experience is impeccable. If you expect to get your hand held and be able mess around at every turn, then don't go here. I worked 2-3 jobs throughout my highschool career and was still able to spit out good enough grades to go to almost any college I wished. Just beware of the fees and sports fundraising as you get what you pay for in terms of services (high quality = high prices, sorry.) Another thing to keep in mind is that this is a secluded location in the middle of a suburban area which means there is a decent amount of diversity in both the student body and staff. Again, don't plan on going here if you can't apply yourself. 👌

The one star reviews are all just standard highschoolers looking for something to complain about. This is about as good as a public highschool gets, not to mention it's the only one anywhere in the area with a German program (and a great one at that). With constant remodels and added infrastructure such as the new digital clocks, upgraded wifi, piped in cell service, new security cameras, remodeled library, etc., it's not hard to see that the focus is on making the school an excellent and modern environment for its students. Not to mention, the current principal shows a lot of interest in the well being of the school and its students.

As a freshmen going into this school I was very nervous and not sure of how the experience would be. That feeling stopped the first hour of orientation. The sense of family everyone at this school has is nothing like I have ever seen before. When you get involved the school is a tight community. Granted it is difficult but I see kids every day getting it and bettering themselves and their futures. This school has so many opportunities and anyone who says differently hasn't been looking hard enough.

It's a good school, but students tend to be stuck up and bratty. If there are friends, they are really nice friends, but not the first school I'd go to. Teachers are also a hit and miss, like the culinary teacher. Most inconsiderate and wrist teacher I have ever dealt with to date. Then there's my English teacher, who she is a very nice lady and definitely someone to remember. Hit and miss.

I went here for one school year. There are almost 2,000 students here so individual time with teachers is unheard of. It is impossible to work a job as a high school student while going here, a tremendous amount of homework is assigned daily. The security guards profile kids all the time. If you aren't clean cut In appearance I can almost guarantee constant harassment from the security. Even though Heritage is an open campus they will follow you on a golf cart and if you're not on school property. Rather than ensure the school's safety, their priorities are to "bust" students.The administration is full of arrogance. I was treated like a 5 year old by the counselor and she had zero interest in helping me choose classes based on my career goals. Some of the teachers are respectful to students (Ms. Stahley, Mr. Buseck and Mr. Billison). Overall this school only works for students interested in sports, or people that plan on attending high end universities.

I went to this school for about a year, the staff and students were horrible. My counselor called me a manipulative brat when I went to them for help. Most of the teachers act like a 5 year old, they get all worked up when you don't do what THEY want. They also claim that they are better than you since they are of "higher rank" (teacher > student). The students are white, rich, preppy kids that do not care about anything else but their popularity and themselves. The bullying that goes on in that school is a high percentage. I was physically and mentally bullied by a lot of the students (even some teachers), hence why I went to my counselor (which was a bad idea). I thought I was a normal student compared to the other kids, but they always find a loop hole to bully you. So thank you Heritage for ruining my outlook on high school.

It used to be an amazing school. Everything changed once the schools leadership (principle changed). I was a student there a few years ago. I had a lot of fees at the school for some reason, my mom was my support at the time and was always paying off all my fees, I did cheer a few years and she had to pay for those as well. When it came time to graduate I was told I have 600$ of fees, so I payed them off because I didnt want to deal with it, a month later my card got stolen and I closed the account that I paid from not knowing that the money was never taken out of my account for those fees(they tried to cash the check 2 in a half months later). They put me on collections at the age of 17. Now I am in the military and lost my security clearance today because my name is on collections, causing me to lose my job. When my parents and sister went in to talk to them they where no help and ended up being very disrespectful to my family, as they do not speak fluent english. Long story short, I did not get to graduate from HHS, it caused me to lose my job, and has caused my family the feeling of discrimination. I do not recommend the school to anyone who is not from a large line of money and willing to pay for stuff all the time. Be prepared for disrespect and no help from the staff. The school that was once an amazing well known school has been turned to a scamming public school trying to be a privet school corp.
