Top One Auto Transport. Damaged my vehicle during shipping and literally will not contact me back despite numerous attempts by me. They seem to say they want to help, but no one does. As long as they get paid, they don't care about anything else.

I called the company again to move my cars from California to Minnesota a month ago.
And it was right thing to do, exceptional service and just in time delivery.

Just in time delivery. Very polite driver on pickup (Alex) and delivery (Cesar)
I got courtesy notice 24 before and than 2 hours before and they were on time
Car condition was the same on pickup and delivery, no damages at all , and they allowed me to put some stuff inside my car (including big mirror) and no damages at all as well. Will call this guys for sure with my next move.response / report this review -

Terrible. My wife and I were moving to Kansas City, from Denver, and had to use this company. We contacted Mayflower, who contracted out to another company, who contracted out to this company. We were given a three day window for pick up, July 1st-3rd. I instructed the gentleman on the phone the car had to be picked up before noon if it was going to be July 3rd and if he couldn't guarantee that, I would drop off the car to their location before the 3rd. He said 'I tell the drivers what do and if I tell them to pick it up before noon, they will.' Of course it's 1045a on the third and I haven't heard anything. I call the main office and they said there was one car before ours and that it should be picked up within an hour. At 12:30 we're at our empty home, in the heat, with our 8 month old and hadn't heard anything. Call the main office who gives us the drivers number and the driver said it would be at least another 2 hours. If we had nothing better to do, maybe this would be acceptablemaybe. But we had an 8 hour drive. Finally at 2:15p after insisting they come get the car, the driver finally shows up. The people at Top One won't recognize your name, only your car. They're not personable or professional. Drive the car yourself.

On time Car delivery in the best condition with no damages at all. The support from the company and people was prompt that made me see them as a very reliable company. I will recommend this to friends.
