Don't spend a dollar of your money on this dirty dump. The room and hall carpets are disgusting. The floors slant to the middle. WiFi didn't work, neither did TV. After told no repair person available I asked to switch tv from another room and told NO. So called pantry inadequate. Furniture in room smelled. Only positive about this hotel is location, but not good enough to ever stay here again.

Soft towels forgives many ills. Room inline with price, good TV and cheap sodas in vending machine, great pillows, just okay bed. Bathtub was really narrow.

Good hotel in Koreatown and of course run my a very friendly korean staff. Rooms were kinda old but clean and with enough room. Beds were not too hard and not too soft, had a great night sleep. Wireless was also good.

There is security guard which works at this particular location at night's during the week
This individual happens to be very racist against African Americans, he is also very assaultive and the staff as we as management condone this behavior.
It is important to let other side know especially African American, so you may wanna consider other places in which to spend your hard earned.

The place is quiet and near a lot of services. The staff is kind and helpful. The food is also good, at least for breakfast, I have not eat dinner there yet. The rooms are pretty comfy and big. Worth it !

The location was perfect for me. I had an event I was attending at the Wiltern, which is literally a block away, and there is plenty of amazing food within walking distance from here. The bed/blankets are really comfortable, and I got the room I had requested. The problem then comes from the very poor WiFi, TV that almost didn't work(I had to move both the TV and cable box to get it closer to the outlet in order for it to stay plugged in,) and the alarm clock that CONSTANTLY made noise. No matter how low the volume was or what buttons I had attempted to press, the alarm clock was incessant, marking a moderate volume static noise with the occasional clicks as well.

Flew to LA for vacation with my friend and he found/suggested this place. He wanted something downtown but in a safe area. He did a good job! Room was clean and spacious. Staff downstairs at check in was friendly and provided places we may want to visit. 24hr security guard so definitely felt safe. Allowed us to pay extra to stay a few hours past check out time. Bathroom /linen was clean and fresh smelling. Would definitely stay there again!

My friend and I stayed here for 5 days and it was really great for the price. The staff is nice and helpful, our room was very nice. It isn't a 5 star hotel but for the price we paid our room was great; large bathroom and bedroom. Free parking in the basement with an elevator that led right to our room was very convenient! And the wifi was actually good unlike some places with free wifi! Not to mention the location is very convenient as it's close to most important places.

I flew from Las Vegas to L.A. for medical reasons and stayed at this Ramada from 4/10-4/12. The receptionists Amy and Rubens (I think that is his name) were friendly and accommodating. Flor the housekeeper was very helpful to me, she offered to get me a can of soda because she noticed that I have mobility issues and have to use a walker, thus, she saved me having to go to the machine. I only have one suggestion, please have some carafes with coffee, some muffins or bagels for breakfast and a PC for the customers' use. See you soon!!!

Very friendly staff and comfortable beds. The outlets were loose and the sink clogged when brushing my teeth. Gross. Will I stop by again? Probably. Cool that it is by downtown.
