A friend and I stayed here during our 24 hours in LA, on our way home. The rooms are typical BW, which was fine and they were clean The breakfast was more than I expected, with a good selection and hot food. The staff that we had the Friday night were amazing! So helpful answering all our questions and very friendly! Thank you again!

Got the spa room with the jacuzzi tub and loved it! Very spacious room. The wallpaper was just barely coming off at a few of the seams, which I attribute to the steam from the tub. Staff was friendly and breakfast was yummy.

Clean room friendly staff didn't have any problems. Hotel parking is an extra fee I believe $7 but there is a shuttle to the airport. Good value for your money if you just need to place to stay before your flight.

Staff is very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast area was also very clean with a nice choice of breakfast items. Shuttle service to LAX was well appreciated.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Inconvenient that airport shuttle has set times only that it leaves the hotel, but can't beat the fact that it's free!

Good Hotel. Clean. Comfortable. Area is questionable!! Breakfast standard, but, agreeable. For short stay or just to lay your head at night - good hotel.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Very convenient to everything. Breakfast had good variety but needed monitoring by staff to watch cleanliness and items replenished. Unfortunately guest were very greedy by taking plates full not leaving much for others. Overall rated very well.

Super friendly staff. Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms. The room was stuffy when I got there, but the air conditioning works well. The patio/spa area is very clean. Parking is close and easy. The only thing i didn't prefer is that the breakfast room is very small. There was too many people, not enough seating. We took our food to our room to eat.

Great shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The only down side was the musicit could barely be heard, but it was there through out the night.

It is not the best but it is not the worst hotel. The location of the hotel is great, plus it was REALLY close to The Serving Spoon which was awesome. I like that the rooms are huge. Comes with fridge and microwave so you can store your food or drink in there which is convenient. I would have to say that the main negative about the room was that the bed was REALLY old. You can see how the bed contours to the body shop when you get out of italmost like it's a 20 yr old mattress. It came with breakfast but we didn't eat breakfast as we were meeting with family so can't say how good it was. Overall, I would back if the hotel I originally wanted is overbooked again.

Be ready to stay in a room that smells like 70 year old dirty books, seriously this place smells very old and dirty and not in a good way. Pesticides are in the seams of the bed. The shower in the room next to us was whining all morning. The place is completely covered in dust so I had a hard time breathing at night. Got threatened by reception that I wouldn't get the price that he originally told me if I left the lobby to get my ID. Reception took about an hour to do my check in and it was already 2am. Triple A didn't give any sort of discount even though it's advertised that it would. Came to breakfast at 9AM, the eggs were gone, the waffle maker broke, there was no waffle batter and no milk left. The bed had black hair all over it. Anyway, worst place I've ever stayed. If you have any other option then do not stay here.

The room, immaculate. The staff, helpful, kind, understand, professional, and efficient. The Complementary Breakfast, fresh and filling. The building and grounds, getting a well-deserved upgrade. Do be aware that there is a nightly parking fee, in case you're renting a car (just ad it to you nightly expenses).

It is within walking distance of three shopping plazas, three banks, many (fast food and sit-down/take-out) restaurants, and at least one night club.
If you look at this inn from the outside on or before March 18, 2017, you won't think much of it. But looks can be deceiving. I can't wait to see and experience the remodeled Best Wester Airport Plaza Inn..

Great stay. Many thanks to the entire staff (Including Denise, Lucas, Raymond, and Christina)!
    :-)
