Good enough for the cost. Had no problem, staff is friendly. There was a security deposit of $50, even though I had already paid for the rooms.

I didn't stay at the hotel. I just ate at the Korean Restaurant they have at the hotel. The food there is delicious at a very good price.

Hotel is ok. It works for a place to stay the night. Not ideal for a long stay as it doesn't feel too homey. TV channels are limited. There are no ironing boards or irons in the rooms either. Parking is not free, it is $10 a night.

Amazing service, I really loved the little bar/restaurant. The hotel looked lobby looked really nice and staff was really friendly! Also, the bartender knows how to make a nice adios!

Very nice hotel staff. Clean room. Safe and free parking. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants in Koreatown. Bed was a rock and if you sat on the bottom/base of the bed the top popped up. Room climate was very inconsistent. Overall the room needed a major renovation.

Parking underneath the hotel was free and very convenient. Our room was bright and clean. The bathroom was nice as well, but the sign saying not to let water out of the shower past the curtain threw me off. Why not just have the proper length curtain? Overall, very pleasant stay. Nice room and nice staff.

This is one of the worst hotel I've been too. The room is very small and old and the AC didn't work. The smell of the hotel is less than desirable. The window didn't lock either and I can hear all the noise from the busy street. Worst of all, the employees on the front desk are not friendly, especially a lady working on the normal shift, morning to evening. Oh, there is no coffee maker in the room and no coffee in the lobby, however, there is one small coffee vending machine on the floor. The business room computer is slower than the turtle on the go and if you to want to print anything, it costs $0.20 per copy and you need to goto to the unfriendly desk to get it. I was totally disappointed and I would never comeback. The only thing good about this hotel is the location and has descent Internet, for the reason two stars.

We had terrible experience with this hotel. Booked the hotel online for my family. We thought the rates were reasonable. When we walked in this guy at the reception asked us to leave a $100 deposit which could be refundable after 2-3 business days. I canceled the booking immediately and luckily I found a vacant Marriott which without any problem.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we had lunch twice at the restaurant for a family event. The menu was some kind of Korean/Chinese blend. The food tasted good enough, but there wasn't enough space for everyone to sit (we had a very large crowd). Not sure if they have another banquet room that can accommodate more people. Parking was free in the underground lot.

Had a good location for an event I was going to. Room was totally functional, but the window was covered with a wooden fence. I had the feeling of being in a crate. Lobby was nice. Room was clean.

Chose the hotel because it was close to the Wiltern and had free parking. Double occupancy and while small, the room was tidy and fairly appointed. Bathroom was above average and the shower was terrific. Good water pressure and decent height. Bed was pretty firm but after a late night who cares? Staff was courteous. Lobby bar has a great collection of records. This place hit all the right notes with us. Will keep this hotel in mind for future events in that neck of the woods.
