Place was grungy. It had seen it's better days. However, it was safe.

Good value: Clean, well appointed rooms, good internet from a well respected name. You can easily pay more but unless you are looking for a resort this is a great value for rest and relaxation.

Stayed ONE night. The evening of 5 October. Used a credit card. I didn’t use my credit card again for the next few days as I was out of country. Three days later, there was a charge in California for $1.00. and immediately after that, one for $98 at a gas station. HAD to be this Ramada as I hadn’t used the card for a week prior nor three days after.

The hotel is less than what I would've expected from a Ramada. The rooms are ok, but on par with 1-2 star budget hotels. The staff have been nice. The restaurant is decent, but for the same prices, go next door to Rendezvous bar and grill - the food is much better.

Enjoyed our quick stay here before going to Jamaica. Nice breakfast bar, but I would not recommend the lunch or dinner food. It was worth what we paid.

We stayed here over night waiting to board our cruise. They have a shuttle that will take you to and from the cruise terminal. Parking your vehicle here while you are on your cruise is cheaper than parking it at the terminal. We saved 50$ by doing this. Our room was nice and clean. It was a good size. The staff was nice and helpful. The landscaping and flowers around the pool area is nice. I would stay here again.

Worst hotel experience of my life. It might as well be a cheap motel. Hotel was dirty: roaches, giant ants, millipedes, pill bugs, etc. They only seem to vacuum the main carpet. It was filthy by the side tables and in the corners of the room. Our first room smelled disgusting and was crawling with bugs. They switched when we asked to move to the second floor and put us on the first floor again. FINALLY they gave us the second floor, but they sure weren't nice about it. The windows don't seem as
Private as they should be. It was noises well into the night and they didn't do anything about it. The staff was unprofessional, swearing and trash talking someone in front of us guests waiting for the shuttle. When multiple guests complained about the broken elevator they rolled their eyes and didn't take anyone serious. The shuttle took the scenic route (not an actually pleasant scenic route) and prolonged the ride to the airport. The only good thing was when we needed benadryl in the middle of the night, the guy at the front desk got the shuttle to take us to the closest gas station (nothing was in walking distance.)

If I were Ramada, I was ups revoke the name from this disgrace of a hotel and invest elsewhere. Don't stay here.

The place is fine I guess. But there is nothing close to here where I can get food. Although the hotel has a bar and grill. We won't be able to order food until after 5:00 p.m if the cook works that day. I would recommend this hotel only if you have a car. Looks like I will be ordering food for delivery.

Was close to the everglades port so quick and easy to get to and from our ship. If you can avoid the Starbucks in the departure lounge you will have a better experience. The staff are rude and unorganized. The quality of service was not what other Starbucks consider standard. They even had to be told several times that there were no straws available. They had a real attitude with customers and the woman who finally came to fill the straw dispenser practically pushed me out of her way while I was adding sugar and stirring the beverage I had waited over 30 minutes to get because they lost my order.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. However, there was just one problem with the hotel. A group of guests was making a lot of noise at 12 am. My family and I had a plane to catch at 5 am the next morning. We called the front desk so that they can ask them to lower the noise and let us sleep. At first, she tried to call all the rooms around our room (inefficient), then she sent someone to check it out. The man was walking around and couldn't hear anything, so I invited him to come into the room and was able to hear the noises. I'm assuming he went to talk to them, but the noise still continued. We called front desk and they told us that they were celebrating a birthday party and that we had to wait until they sang the happy birthday. In my opinion that is not fair since I paid the same amount of money as the other guests for a room to sleep in, and that is exactly what they were taking from us, our sleep. Therefore I would not go back to this hotel.
