The hotel stay was about half the cost of a nearby Marriott, but the hallways were undergoing renovation and the rooms had paper numbers taped to the doors. All of this would have been fine, but our 2nd floor room had a crack in the ceiling that began dripping water briefly at about 11 pm. It's possible that snowmelt on the roof was the cause. I called the front desk and they made a note to close the room after our departure and fix the ceiling. The room itself was otherwise comfortable and the free breakfast was typical of most motels, although the lack of fresh bananas, or any bananas, was a problem for me.

Horrible experience. I booked my room for Friday and I called to make sure they kept my reservation as I was driving 12 hours from Florida and wasn't going to be there at check in time. They said not to worry about it. Got there and they had sold my room. The guy at the front desk was extremely rude told me to go somewhere else there is plenty of other hotels. He was horrible and just made the whole thing worse. If he would've at least talked to me with respect I would've understood but his whole attitude was disgusting. Thankfully I found another hotel with caring employees with costumer service skills. Every year when I go to NC I will stay away from this place and will make sure all my family and friends know not to stay there.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful. They had hot breakfast items available. The eggs and sausage were tasty. Located in a quiet, safe area. I will definitely stay here again. I recommend this hotel.

Last minute trip didn't leave us many options. Not great but not the worst either. Our room smelled a little musty and the age of the hotel showed significantly. No where to hang clothes as whatever was there before has been pulled out of the wall. Don't plan on eating a good breakfast here. Staff seemed like they were just bodies there doing the bare minimum.

The whole place has a nasty smell. The room wasn't clean at all, dust all over everything, hair (every kind)) all over the bathroom floor, condiment packs for the coffee were open and half gone. The only clean things in the room were the towels and sheets. Turned the heat on,it smelled really bad from the amount of dust in it. Broken receptacle cover with the plug hanging halfway out. Really bad overall, will never stay there again!

This hotel was very, very bad. There was mold, maybe mildew, on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom wall paper was also terribly cut and peeling in spots. The carpet was fraying around the edges. The sheets barely fit over the bed. The entire room smelled really musty and old. The emergency exit was covered in caution tape. The air conditioner was the best part of our room; it was very cold.
Our room was next to a room with a very large dog, which woke us up at 3 am by barking and scratching at the connecting door between our rooms. When we talked to the front desk about it, we got no apologies but rather "Well, we are a pet-friendly hotel." We understand that they're pet-friendly, but the lack of customer service was very disappointing.
As far as breakfast goes, the coffee was very weak. I didn't find any honey for my tea, and no peanut butter for my bagel, which are usual staples at a hotel's continental breakfast.

Had a room booked for 5 nights. Soon as I got to the room I went back to the front desk and told the girl I was checking out in the morning. Dirty, horrible, unclean room. The linens on the bed looked dirty. Cheap flat pillows. Pulled the sheets back to look at the mattress and it was stained. The room smelled dirty, very bad. The shower screamed when I turned it on. Could not wait to get out of there the next morning. Should have known better when I walked in and saw that a Patel owns the place.

We arrived late on a Friday night, took about twenty minutes for someone to come to the counter to check us in (in the meantime, I tried to use the lobby bathroom but it was clogged- so everything was off to a bad start). Finally got up to our room and immediately had to switch due to some cables hanging out of the wall. Got into our new room where there was a cigarette burn on the comforter and a shower head that screams an alarm-like wail the whole time you shower. Went out the next day and when we came back to our room the keys no longer worked. Overall, it's got beds and bathrooms so it gets the job done, but is insanely overpriced and disappointing at every time (yes, that includes the breakfast spread).

We had originally booked stays at two more Wyndham group hotels on this trip, but quickly cancelled and booked with other chains. Don't recommend this place.

100 percent smoke free is a huge plus. Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was competent but a bit detached from the guests. Complementary breakfast only if you're really too hard up to purchase a decent meal at a local restaurant.

Good location. Nice hotel for the price. Beds were comfortable and was very quiet. Close to the town if you wanted to drive to eat. There were fast food restaurants close to the hotel as well.

The room and all accomidations were great. My only issue was that a little girl pulled the fire alarm and kids will be kids. Her pulling it wasn't the issue. I had zero clue the fire alarm was going off until I went to get something from the car and then heard the alarm in the hallway and saw the light of the alarm unit. In my room I had no idea that it was going off. Had there been a fire there could have been serious injury from guests simply being unaware of what was happening. I feel it is a serious issue and should be addressed. I plan on contacting the hotel main office in the morning.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the Hendersonville area. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and rooms very adequate. The beds and pillows I thought were above average for a transient hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and close to restaurants and shopping. Our room was large and clean. The breakfast room was large, and the breakfast choices included waffles, eggs and sausage, and of course cereals and sweet rolls. We would stay here again when we are in the area.
