Quiet but no view of anything. Hot water and plenty of it. Not enough towels. TV is awesome. Elevator squeaks like it's forty years old. Free fruit. Swimming pool.
My family stayed here passing through to TN. The standard king room had plenty of space for 2 adults and a baby (crib). Everything was clean. The free breakfast had egg items, sausage, pancakes, waffles, yogurts, fruits and breads. It started the earliest out of any hotel I've been to, as well - 0530, I believe. If flying in/out of the Asheville airport, you could walk to the terminal. It's a short drive over the freeway for food and shopping. I'd stay here again. The staff was on their game.
Make you feel like Family! They know my name and always greet me when I come in. The staff is always friendly and available. The breakfast is awesome!
Overall, a nice hotel for the price. Across the street from the airport. Pool was heated and had a nice hot tub. Staff could have been a little more attentive with keeping the pool area clean, towels were never cleaned or replenished during our stay, we had to find our own for the pool. They have a hot breakfast as well with the typical breakfast items.
Best free breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Healthy tiptions, automatic pancake maker, eggs free coffee 24/7, super friendly staff, clean rooms, very convenient access to breweries. Only thing was we were put in a room right on their outside courtyard/fireplace and the "shades" they had in the room were paper thin and u could see in and out from them.. so embarrassing if u had light on at night but not a big deal. Would totally stay here again !
Delicious Breakfast in room or lobby! Nice people. Many places to visit. I like the Farmers market, both of us like to ride through the Appalachian Mountains. Nice room and service! Visit often. The Waterfalls - awesome! Phyllis & Tom
Not as nice as other Fairfield Inns I've been to. Room was musty. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
Rooms fairfieldly clean and as expected. Breakfast was great! Starts at 5 am, perfect for early morning road trips around asheville.
Hotel staff was very nice and the van driver took us to a nearby brewery. They had breakfast upon arrival and sugar cookies later in the day. Room was nice with plenty of plugs and wifi was decent. It took a while for my tablet to connect to it but once it did it worked fine. Very close to the Ashville airport but not much else around beside a few restaurants.
Clean, comfortable, and great service. Would have rated it a 10 if the hot tub was accessible after 10.
Clean spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast included. Would stay again
