Fantastic location.. it was awe inspiring. The staff was amazing and the property is gorgeous. Food is wonderful. I can't say enough about the experience.
Would have given it 5. Everything was incredible on my recent trip with my Girlfriend. Everyone was very attentive and cordial. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. My only gripe was the service at the Library Lounge. Maybe the dining room would have had better service but we just wanted something light and a few drinks. Well. The server on the first night greeted us and then never came back for 20 mins after our first round. Empty glasses sitting there and not one person asked us if we needed another. Finally she appeared and we order food. Another 20 or so minutes for that food. Finally we were fed up and decided to go to our room. Another 20-30 minute wait. I had to get up and find her for the bill. For the lunch the next day, different server, same treatment. Maybe they profiled us because we were younger and didn't appear like their normal clientele but I expected more. Besides that the room service was fantastic and concierge helped us out with our tours of the estate. We will be back soon. But next time we will try the Dining room or the bar.
It is the incredibly professional staff here that sets this place apart. The atmosphere is amazing, and the rooms are great for sure, but it is the attention to detail from the staff that makes this a luxury accommodation. Quite frankly, the other hotel on the Biltmore has a better location for visiting the attractions, but the Inn feels like a separate retreat
Great room and amenities. Very nicely decorated. Service was excellent as well as the food. A bit pricey, but worth it for a special occasion.
Staying at the inn was great. Service was above any place I have stayed with before. Food was great. Views were awesome. The staff was A+, always helpful and always went above and beyond. Will definitely stay at the inn again.
From the deliciously crafted multi-course dinner, to each carefully picked wine pairing, and the overall professionalism of the staff, the Biltmore Dining room at the Inn the best of any restaurant or hotel that I have ever dinned at. It's worth every dollar spent for the experience.
This property pretends they are a 5 star hotel due to their location to the Biltmore Estate, however they fall short. View and grounds are lovely, hotel is fair at best. Dining is again pretend gourmet. Mattress was worn out as well as other furniture in the room, internet did not work during my 3 days although. Management does not want to hear about your issues. BED BUGS were in my room. did not find them until day of departure.
A must for relaxing with family and friends or a romantic getaway. The staff at the Inn have always been very helpful and accommodating. Thanksgiving and Christmas season are a very busy time to go. My wife and I go at least twice a year and enjoy the estate. If you want to get away for a quiet time I recommend January.
Went only for Afternoon Tea, and it was just delightful. Even for the seemingly steep price of $27, it was well worth it. Every bite was fantastic and well-crafted, and there is more than enough served to fulfill a nice meal. I would like to see some tea a bit nicer than Mighty Leaf, which I can pick up at the grocery store, but it is presented well.
First time here for my Wife and I and we are still stunned by our amazing extended weekend stay at the Inn. I would consider this hotel to be a 5 star given the exceptional professional service, the quality of the accommodations, our amazing room, cleanliness, and the amazing views!still can't get over it. But I should have put the incredible food fist. Everywhere we went the food was amazing. We especially enjoyed our great waitress Elizabeth for her professional attitude and conversation. I don't know how they do it. We felt like we were in another world. Very well run, but your not just renting a room, your paying for the entire village experience. Can't wait to return. Thank you. Ohand a big shout out to the Landscaping team, WOW! The gardens are amazing.
Everything is beautiful. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. It definitely feels a bit like I'm staying in the Biltmore's house. But frankly, I think we'd be just as happy with the cheaper option down the hill.
We attended a cateres birthday brunch with breakfast, dessert, and a bloody mary bar. Everything was fantastic. I was especially happy with the staff who offered me an open meeting room, so I could nurse my baby on private. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.
Beautiful estate and grounds that has a little bit of something for everyone. The home itself is a museum and as well staffed by knowledgeable people. The garden is a great place to walk around with children and explore. The property also hosts many trails for the more athletically inclined. You are able to drive up to the estate and down to the gardens if you are not as capable of walking the grounds. A great escape and North Carolina.
Very clean and well-appointed. Most of the staff was super friendly comma the staff that weren't as good we're still friendly, just a forced friendly. Will do over and over,. I gave one star less because I didn't sleep. Our room was quite warm. We had the AC set on 68, but it didn't actually feel cool until we opened the windows.
I can't begin to say enough about this hotel. The setting, the service, everything is wonderful. I have never met staff who were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless as well as the rooms. And the location can't be beat, so quiet and relaxing. Subtitles take you everywhere on the estate and are always available. Can't wait to stay here again!
