It was a dry place to stay. That's about all the good stuff I have to say about it. We killed about 20 roachs and was only there less than 12 hrs. On tv screen, shower, counter tops, walls, every were. Tried to fined another motel, but everyone was booked. Left our bags hanging on rolling cart in the room. Rooms was clean, just roach infested. I will sleep in the truck before I do that again.
I would rate it a 1 just because it was dry and there was a hurrican coming.response / report this review -

Took a chance as we were just passing through. Front desk staff very nice. Room clean for the most part. Live roach hanging out in the bathroom. Checked for other "bugs". Discovered soiled mattress. "Breakfast" is a waffle with or without butter and syrup, juice, coffee. No worries there is a sign at check in stating to expect no more than the above and you have 10 mins to declare any issues with your room. No refunds no matter what so why complain? Overpriced for what it is. Stayed at a Drury hotel on the first leg of our trip for less $$ with full breakfast, no bugs, or stains. You've been warned. Oh and "When in room engage dead bolt AND safety latch"

What a pleasant place to stay for our overnight visit in Hendersonville. Our hostess was friendly and helpful with some local tips. Room was clean and bed fabulous. Reasonable pricing and hospitable staff made us very comfortable.

The hotel staff were curteous. This hotel is very clean. Even though it is next to the busy interstate, the room was quiet. The a/c works well. I would change 2 things. The mattress needs to be upgraded and the shower needs a curved shower curtain bar.

The facility is clean and comfortable. This location is tucked away parallel to the highway it's a little difficult to find. Friendly staff however, upon my check-in there was nothing express about it. Regardless if you're a rewards member or not. I must say they did give me an upgrade because the room type I reserved was unavailable. I would stay here again. Just be considerate of the time you're checking in you could be there a little while.

We stopped here last minute just to sleep a few hours. There was no one at the desk. It was about 15 min before the clerk showed up. That's my only complaint. The room was clean and spacious. I like the layout of the room too. Price was very reasonable. I would stay here again.

REFUSED to take my reservations for a 4 night stay because by Drivers license stated I lived "too close" I've just moved to Charlotte 2 months ago and had not changed my license. Even attempted to ask to show a bill with my new address but the employee was nothing but rude. Was then refused to be transferred to a manager to over-ride the policy. Shady, shady business.

The place was clean, friendly, and up to date. Breakfast included a waffle, coffee, and juice only. Wifi was unsecured. But it was great for the price I paid and it was easily accessible by car and highway. I would recommend!

There are lots of waterfalls in this area. Very beautiful. Dogs stay for free. Room is pretty basic. No pool. Outback steakhouse in the parking lot. Terrific Mexican food restaurant near by. Great location for shopping and food. Starbucks near by.
