Hotel was in a really nice convenient location. It was a 20 minute walk to downtown. It was also a 10 minute walk to the highlands. For the price it was the best affordable hotel I've ever seen.

.rooms need to be updated, and cleaned properly! New equipment cause the iron board was rusted! Great location, but they need renovation! and the food was delicious!

I would give a "0" if possible. The worst "Ramada" experience I have ever had. Dirty room with holes in the walls, hastily repaired hole in the ceiling, burn marks on the furniture, dirty sheets, white stuff on the entertainment center. Lights didn't work, water pressure was non existent in the shower, smelled of smoke. We booked 4 nights, stayed 1 (horrible mistake). Staff were rude and extremely unprofessional. Asked for a refund and showed the staff the condition of the room. The staff said they could not give a refund even though we checked out early and went to a much better hotel (Holiday Inn). Don't be deceived, this is NOT a Ramada. Denver PD said this is the worst hotel in the city.

Where do I start? There were large holes in the walls, spider webs in the corner, light switches that don't go to anything. My dog found a piece of bubblegum! Who knows how long that had been there. The full length mirror was a door with a mirror on it that was suspended to the wall. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this hotel.

First let me say the staff was amazing in the only reason that I didn't go back and complain about the room. The room was far from up-to-par especially for nearly $100 a night Hotel. I tend to believe if you don't have something nice to say you shouldn't say anything at all. I normally love my stays at Ramada but not this time. Instead of leaving a full negative review about every little detail on the endless amount of things wrong with my room and my stay here I plan on riding the corporate office and given them a chance to improve upon their imperfections. I would not recommend this Ramada for the quality of the rooms. Breakfast was nice and the staff is great but unfortunately I don't think that's worth $100 a night. Stay at the Super 8 next door, you still get your Wyndham Rewards.

This hotel is definitely a little older than some Ramada’s that I’ve stayed in. Typically in Salt Lake City.. lets just say run down and less attentive to guests needs out in Utah. I’m beyond impressed with the customer service here. Not sketchy at all. Definitely feel comfortable in the area. Not to mention the amazing view. If you can get passed the rustic look of the hotel.. you’ll love it. The type of guest that stay here are mainly traveling workers, business men/women or couples just traveling through town. Room are updated and CLEAN.

It didn't seem bad at first because the reception was super friendly and the lobby wasn't all that bad but lets just say it was the opposite when I got to the room. It had a musky old smell and the ceiling looked like it was rotting away. The AC worked but sounded like it was in rough shape and might blow up. I was shocked by the plug behind the TV and was only given a thank you for letting them know They are lucky it wasn't a serious issue but wouldn't be surprised if someone else sued This place needs to be shut down and a MAJOR UPDATE AND REMODEL!

For the price / location (+breakfast), it's a good value if you aren't picky about the cosmetics of the units. + friendly receptionists, cleaning staff + Good price + Great location + Solid breakfast spread (egg, ommelletes, sausage, waffle, potato's, biscuits, fruit, etc) - paper thin walls, I could literally hear the conversations in the unit next to mine - I reserved a spot for Ramada and was placed in their Super 8 motel unit. - Super Motel 8 units could use some TLC. While clean, they definitely show their age.

For what you pay, it deserves 5 stars. It gets 4 only because it is a budget hotel with fewer ammenities.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was great. The walls are paper thin, however.

My neighbors were loud and I had to ask to be moved. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and easy to deal with.

Quite dilapidated - In need of major renovations

Had it not been for the great service from K-Lani and and others at the front desk and the breakfast area, I would have given this Ramada 1 star. As you can see from the pictures this place was so not worth the 110+ a night (and that was with a discount) that was paid.

I know others complained about the cleanliness, but truthfully the place IS clean and well kept but there is only so much you can do with a building that has clearly seen better days. This facility is very outdated and the staff does a very good job with what they have to work with.

Even though the mini fridge never worked so I could not keep perishable food items, I had service daily that tidied the bed and the bathroom while leaving my personal belongings untouched. Great service can only do so much to offset for a horribly decaying building. Ramada really should be ashamed to have their name on this place it was so bad.

If it weren't for the staff, this place would get one star. If you can afford to stay elsewhere do so until the Ramada gets their act together and remodels this location.

It is well placed though. Within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants in downtown. Loved that part of my stay. Just wish hotel itself had been worth the amount of money they are charging.

This place isn't even a two stars hotel. It's falling apart. It should be shut down and remodelled. The rooms are dark and dated. Creepy people around. I had to change room ones because the door frame was broken. Two of my colleagues had to change room twice. The first room was smelly, in the second one the carpet was nasty and the third one didn't have AC, at that point they were too tired to change again.

The positives: breakfast included with fresh omelette, gentle personnel, and free shuttle to the train station.

The building and rooms are very old and run down. The bed in our room was clearly very old with huge depressions in it. I have a bad back and my back ached in the morning. Additionally the AC either didn't work or didn't work well. We stayed during the summer and it was fairly hot. The breakfast was like a cheap rip off of the standard hotel breakfast. All of the food felt cheap and there was no fresh fruit or healthier options.

That all being said the staff was nice and it is the cheapest in the area. But next time I will happily pay the extra 30$ to stay at one of the other options across the street.

This place exceeded the expectations I had based on people reviews. The location is awesome! Yes there were a few cosmetic issues with the room, but nothing that effected my comfort. They also have one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever encountered. Check in process was seamless as well. For being roughly half the price of other downtown/midtown denver locations, i would definitely return.

Night staff sucked; buildings were not in good shape. Wall paper in the bathroom had been stapled together, the nozzle in the shower wasn't fixed to the wall and had a big hole around it; there was a hole in the corner of the main room, near the bathroom door and light was coming through it. Pillows were decorative size. Place was not pleasant. Linens appeared clean, though. Breakfast was really good and morning staff were quite friendly.
