When this place was 1st built, it was a very pleasant "suite-sweet" hotel/motel stay, with kitchens having dishware, clean sheets (should be a must at any stay over location), safestay feeling was met, etc, without finding blood on the bathroom walls, no bedspread, hair & ?? found in the blankets, dirt-& I do mean a lot of it too, found on the floors of every room! Poor Managerial Skills operated by Office personnel. They wont even answer their door when you need a cart to help carry your items down from the room, as was instructed upon checking in. I hope it can be bought out/taken over by someone who can be there on the premises to manage & help run what needs to be more of a Customer Service Relations-type of atmosphere. There should be an easier access to the rooms above the 1st floor, such as the option of stairs. What would happen if there was a fire & the 1 elevator is not an option? I'm already burning up on the idea this place is taking up any space in a nearby community & they're getting a lot of money from those that are putting up with it For NOW, anyway! I would rate this place with a negetive 3 Stars! -***!

This property was perfect to suite our needs. It’s a convenient, no-frills, safe place to rest before completing the last part of a long haul road trip. Briana was extremely helpful and pleasant, especially after a 16-hr day on the road. Thanks!

Stayed here last weekend, and it was nice. Not too expensive, rooms were big enough for the three of us. Had microwave and full sized fridge in room which was nice. Only problem we had was some of the other occupents were noisy and let their kids run around yelling on the walkways. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Pretty dirty place. The bed only had one pillow even though it was booked for two, and they acted like it was a big inconvenience to get another. At 4 am some guy kept knocking on one of the hotel doors and whispering the occupants name, but it sounded like they were in my room with me, so very thin walls. Also, it sure smelled like smoke for a non-smoking room. So yeah, would not recommend. The nearby Motel 6 is probably better.

We had an issue with the fire alarm and the staff was friendly and professional. I didn't sleep well there but that was because of noise outside of the hotel's control. The room could use a good cleaning by some that can reach over 6 foot because it seems that was where the cleaning stopped. Everything below 6 foot was clean though.

The website and paperwork said pet friendly. We mentioned that we have a dog and the receptionist said that was fine. After charging us for the room we were told they don't take pets. The receptionist said it was a new development but couldn't bother to tell us before charging us for the room.

They only give you one roll of toilet paper at a time and the floors are interesting. I love the stove and freezer size. I wish they had a big breakfast selection.

For $75 a night after tax you can't beat it. The Queen Room I stayed in was small but cozy. They have nice new LG TV's on the wall and a full mini kitchen. Management was freindly. This is obviously not a luxury stay but like I said $75 a night after tax over labor day weekend is probably the best bang for your buck.

Dirtiest, most disgusting motel/hotel I have ever seen. Way overpriced for the condition. The floors were so filthy and gross that our feet turned black after walking on the floor for just a few minutes. There was garbage left under the sink, and someone else's food left in the cabinet. A cigarette burn in the bedspread just topped things off. When I complained about the condition, the desk clerk said a manager would contact me, but nope, no phone call to try to make things right. You'd be better off curling up in a corner of the parking lot to get a good night's rest, at least the rain would wash that clean from time to time.

My biggest complaint is with the residents! The fire alarm went off at 5:30AM, and upon checking out I heard what sounded like the start of a domestic dispute. It's hard to believe they still attract the riff-raff for how much they charge. The room itself was quite nice. Vinyl flooring, full-size fridge, and a small 2 burner stove with kitchen sink and microwave was nice! The girl working the front desk during the evening is very nice and the woman working checkout in the morning is very efficient. Just wish I didn't have to pay so much to get a few hours of sleep taken away by stupid residents!

Cleanliness was very poor as well as guest accomodations. We were able to get $20 off per night if stay! So that was a huge blessing! ☺

Not as bad as other reviews suggest. Room was clean even if exterior spaces were not. Quiet enough. Fine if you get it cheap.

Crossland Denver - Thornton was like located just far enough off the highway to where it wasn't noisy, or super congested. It was all though visible from the highway which made it easily accessible. The rims were a bit drab and service was not the best. Do you ever feel like Somebody's Watching You? They are.

You get what you pay for here. I've stayed here a hand full of times and we stayed because it was cheap and in a easy to get to area. Its a little gettho but I never had any issues while staying here. Not entirely sure what everyone is so shocked about. Its cheap and you get what you pay for but its a room for the night.
