It was a nice hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. My only problem was I had clogged the toilet in the morning and I called for someone to help me, since my girlfriend was still asleep and that wouldn't have been okay. I waited almost an hour and still no one came, luckily for me it was the morning I was leaving. Other than that it was a nice stay. I'd stay again

We've stayed here in the past, with a pleasant result. This visit was different. Check in was later than advertised. We didn't get much sleep because of the noise in the halls, and the incessant car alarm. Parking was difficult to find. The room was comfortable, and the hotel is nice. We went to the pool the next morning, only to find out that swimming lessons were going to be happening for the next 6 hours! The manager on duty did his best to appologize, and he did make up for the experience. We will try this hotel in the future, and hope it's a better experience.

Taking a training course, and they were having trouble with the heat in our particular room. It took them until after 2pm to get a maintenance person to fix the problem. Not impressed with the facility, parking is limited (on the positive, it is free); they ran out of toilet paper in the women's rest rooms in most of the stalls. Many light bulbs were burned out, throughout the hotel, the restroom, our banquet room. Just slightly 'not maintained' feel. The staff that I spoke with were pleasant.

This is one of the better Holiday Inn's that I have been to! The parking was free, spaces were small but I have a small car, and the staff is just very cohesive and friendly! Nice pool, although I didn't swim. Great overnight prices for the value and location (under $100 a night). Overall, this was a good experience and I look forward to coming again.

Nice hotel, very helpful staff. The tower farther from the lobby is getting a bit old but they keep most off it up to date. Best hotel for the price in the area, I'd definitely stay here again. Tip: free shuttle requires reservations and depends on staff levels but they'll try to make it work!
EDIT to 2 stars: The free shuttle is a scam. We stayed here to save money due to advertised shuttle service. Talked to them three times about an important interview and each time they said a shuttle would be available. The shuttle never showed up, and I ended up late and had to pay for a cab .the same thing happened when we checked out. They are false advertising and scamming people.response / report this review -

Booked this hotel because they advertised having a pool. We have 3 kids and they enjoy swimming. What they don't advertise is they contract out the pool for swim lessons! Unbelievable. The entire shallow end was taken for swim lessons with no availability for hotel guests. They should at least note this so guests can make the choice to go elsewhere.

Had issues with fridge in room (x2), while maintenance was super friendly, they were slow to respond, and even after, the second fridge didnt work either. Carpets were stained. A/C slow to cool. Otherwise it was a 3-star experience. Hotel bar and food staff were amazing. Food was good too. Not bad for the value.

We are in the process of adopting an amazing young man and because of that we have to come to Denver extremely often. To show him a good time at the holiday in express decided to leave human feces in the hallway one weekend and don't even have a pool available for him the next weekend because of the unsanitary conditions, which is how the front desk explained it. If I ever had control over where I could stay to come and see him this is the last place I would ever take him

I receive a business management training here. The room I was decent size room to have 8 tables and area for instructor. We had about 18 people. Each room has its own name and they provide pitchers of water with glass cup. The room didn't smell, but being in there for 2-3 hour started to make me tired. Overall, it was good room for one day training. Employees were helpful finding the room.

Won't stay here again. There was green stuff at the bottom of the pool. My phone did not work. I called down stairs from my cell and no one came to fix it. It was 4 of us in the room and the tub was nasty when we left. When we can back it looked the same. They didn't clean it. There was hair on the sheets that did not belong to me. I will be here 4 more days so we will see how that goes.

Great experience! Good location with plenty of shopping and dining nearby. The room and other areas were clean. The staff was polite and friendly. They have a great pool/courtyard and bar. The only drawback was the parking, they are short on space in that area. Also, we thought our room was non-smoking but the room next door apparently was NOT.

Great location in Cherry Creek, though not the quietest! The rooms have been renovated and are very comfortable. Breakfast was the standard hotel buffet, but good. The front desk staff, especially Dutch, we're very friendly and helpful. Had some issues with parking since the garages are very tight, and filled up quickly, but not a major concern.
