Great location downtown. Hot tub and indoor pool were nice also. Comfortable beds. Was able to request quiet room. Keurig in room.

Wonderful hotel. Wonderful staff. Restaurant with wonderful food. Very comfortable stay for my trip to Denver and right in the heart of downtown. Food and shopping very close by.

Great rooms, but the "complimentary" breakfast was still $15?!?!
The event staff was fantastic and easy to work with though. The pillows are very Thin? They are down feather, but it was hard to get comfy.
Great location close to 16th st and the convention center. Parking may be hard to come by without valet. We just rode the train from the airport then trolleys down 16th to the hotel and did not rent a vehicle.

The Hilton is beautiful and so was the food and the food servers. The only thing that was negative was what I assume to be the bell boy. When I approached him twice to ask him questions he answered very Rude and seemed very pompous.

We had an overall pleasing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Denver. It is within walking distance of nearly everything you'd want to do in Downtown Denver, including the famous street mall. It is about a mile walk from the Union Station which was nice. The hotel is overall nice but the rooms were kind of dated. We were only slightly underwhelmed by this but the cleanliness that you expect from Hilton entirely compensates.

I would certainly recommend this place of you are staying in downtown Denver, especially if you can catch a good rate like we did!

Nice people. Bar had good food. Close to the mall downtown. Comfortable room. Beds were good too. Was there for a business meeting. Staff served breakfast and lunch. Food was good.

Checked into the hotel on Friday, went to the room only to be met with a broken air condition unit. So we contacted the front desk to inform them the our room was set on 80 degrees and after 30 minutes with the thermostat set at 68 degrees, there was no change in the temperature. We requested another room but was informed they were sold out and a maintenance member will come up to take a look. We left for a few hours to only come back to the same conditions. But they did bring a fan for the room. We ended up opening the windows for the night. Saturday was the same story of the back and forth. They changed the filter and it started to cool off a little but ended up opening the window again. I don't believe this large of a hotel was booked up to were we couldn't get into another room.

Quiet and quaint. Nice little spot for a simple getaway. They have keurigs in the room which is great. Not super renovated and the Breakfast nook is hard to find but overall good selection for the free breakfast. Would stay again.

Staying here was perfect! Valet was a breeze (I hate thinking about parking). Front Desk was quick at check in and helpful. Ordered room service which was amazing! Easy to get to. Comfy beds and bedding. Bartenders were very nice. Made our stay super relaxing!!!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Location is great for 16th Street Mall and the Colorado Convention Center. Valet parking is nice, but at $30-40/day it's pricey. (What happened to the days when a hotel room included parkingseems that has vanished in Denver.) Bed was ok, room size was good. Front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. I'd stay here again.

Everything has been great so far. The check in process was quick and easy, and there have been no issues with anything. The little convenience store by the check in area is a lifesaver, and the bar/restaurant in the lobby is very nice. I've used the fitness center twice, and both trips have been good experiences. Some of the things in the room are a little worn, but no functional issues. The free wifi is slow, but free is free, and it has good coverage. Every staff member I've encountered has been friendly and helpful. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but one thing to note for those travelling with luggage - public transport from the airport will drop you off at union station, which is quite far. You will need to take the mall shuttle which is free, but very slow as it stops every block.

Staff is very nice and friendly. My room AC wasn't working and they had a repairman come fix it quickly. The rooms are a good size. The restaurant is okay, but there are better restaurants close by.

We arrived and our air condition was broken and our toilet spat water at us whenever we flushed it. We called guest services and the repair guy marginally fixed the toilet (still flushed very poorly) and told us that our air condition couldn't be fixed so he gave us a box fan. Best part? The hotel never offered us another room or a discount on our current room. Will never stay here again!

The service at the Hilton Garden Inn Denver was outstanding! Staff was friendly to a 120lb service dog that can be somewhat intimidating.
Always smiling, the staff at this hotel was a pleasure. The one bedroom suite was impeccably clean and housekeeping was very respectful of my privacy which I cannot say about other hotels. A 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign hanging on the door means just that at the Hilton Garden Inn. Even though I passed my 'late checkout' time, there were no harassing phone calls or knocks on the door. The service cart remained outside of my room until my departure and I remained undisturbed. Room service was prompt and attentive, even serving my dog before I could! It was my pleasure being a guest at this hotel!
