The hotel is located very close to Denver Health, and is only a short drive from the rest of downtown. The front desk staff has been exceptional every time I've stayed here. They are friendly and helpful. Parking is somewhat limited but they do provide passes for a nearby garage in case the lot is full. Also somewhat rare for a hotel in this vicinity, there is no charge for the parking. The rooms are comfortable and a decent size for this chain. The small kitchen is perfectly adequate for short stays and easy meals.The only complaint that I have about this location is the Wi-Fi connection will randomly drop fairly frequently.

Very homey. Clean. Great staff. Free breakfast. Fresh backed cookies every afternoon. Central to downtown and all public transportation. Coffee bar 24hrs a day. Newly remodeled with full kitchens. Fitness room open 24 hours.

Staff was very attentive and compliant to special requests. Location was convenient. The hotel was clean though the building is a little old so some of the facilities seemed a bit rundown. Overall great experience. Would visit again.

Customer Service was wonderful. The staff went far over above and beyond! They provided more than we could have asked for; they personaly ran butter and grilling seasonings up to our room. They stored our luggage while we went and explored around town. Breakfast was delicious!! Even gave us parting gifts as we crashed their lobby while waiting on our flight!!! Best lodging experience short of an all inclusive resort! Thank you so much!

Pretty decent hotel. The best part was the staff. They were fantastic. The room was worn down and the pull out bed was terrible. No cushion at all. I could feel the metal bars beneath it. They did a great job on breakfast. Location was Central to everything we were doing so that was nice. Not really walking distance to much though. Overall decent place.

I've been here 2 days. Their key cards don't work for more than 2 hours. You have to get rekeyed every time. Doesn't seem like a problem. IS!!!!!

I stayed here for two nights while visiting Denver. Friendly and helpful service during check-in and a continental breakfast with a good amount of options. Room was about what you'd expect. Comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

Staff was supper welcoming and helpful with every encounter. The room was clean and the kitchenette was better than i expected. The in room info was ample and helpful including a list stating what is being served each day for their hot breakfast. And the food was actually tasty. I booked this place because of its location and proximity to my meetings for the week. Ended up being able to walk everywhere, which i loved. Would stay here again.

Tatiana and all front desk folks were gracious hosts. Prompt to meet request for additional coffee. Engineering replaced my A/C within the hour when it wouldn't work. Little kitchen complete with stove, dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Nice, safe place to stay for a week downtown Denver. Old building that has been updated nicely.

Enjoyed my stay there. Wonderful staff, good breakfast, complimentary shuttle to the convention center. Very nice and convenient location. Loved it there, and would stay again if I'm ever in the area again

As an avid traveler I've stayed at many hotels and resorts, and often times I've found that it's hit and miss when it comes to costumer service. But when it comes to my stay here, it was a total hit. My weekend trip started off with me missing my connecting flight and having to call the hotel and reschedule my check-in date. As stressed as I was trying to figure out these changes, Ryan from the hotel stayed calm and collected reassuring me that it was not a problem and that the hotel could accommodate my changes. When I finally got to checking in I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the same guy who handled my phone call. Not only was he friendly and professional with his job, but also very knowledgeable on where to wine and dine while in Denver. I feel this hotel is prefect for travelers like myself that enjoy spending most of their vacation exploring the city and discovering what it has to offer. The rooms are comfortable, and the location is convenient for quick bites to eat, and it's staff is friendly. If you're looking for all the bells and whistles of a resort, this probably isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a quiet place to just relax, traveling with college buddies, or taking a your family on their first trip, than this might be the place for you. I highly recommend this place. From my experience alone I would give them 10 stars in costumer service.

Nice room with kitchenette. This was for a school trip, so we were able to fit 3 people comfortably in a queen bed, pull out couch, and cot set up. One of our peers in a different room did happen to have an unexpected guest (a mouse) in their room, but the front desk switched them immediately to a different room. Overall nice, we stayed from Wednesday to check out on Sunday.

I would recommend to anyone the room was clean and spotless. The staff was amazing . Rusty at the front desk probably the best employee there. We flew in 8 hours earlier then expected and was 22°f She let us check in at 8 am and still offered us breakfast. She took care of every question we had. So I would have to say it's a 5 star
