The Radisson Hotel is overall a wonderful place for an airport hotel. It contains all the usual amenities, such as housekeeping, lounge area, and a restaurant to eat in. There are also some nice ballrooms and social areas people can reserve for their social or business events. I have personally only have been in their largest room, which can at least seat 150 people. There is a pool area available as well. Hotel rooms are simple and clean, and can offer connecting doors if you are staying with more than party. The common hotel room comes with 2 beds, both comfortable and can fit two people. The entire hotel comes with free WiFi, and rooms include an Ethernet outlet connection, as long as you bring your own cable. HDTV with plenty of channels, and can also be used to hook up gaming consoles if your bring your own. Like any good quality hotel, all rooms come with their own temperature control, but the fan can be pretty loud. However, despite this, it's easy to fix this with their simple and accessible settings. Overall, a a great place to stay.
We did not go to the Radisson to stay, we went for an event they were having there. The only parts of the hotel I saw were the main lobby, main hallway, reception desk, ladies room and one of the party or large business event/conference rooms. All of the aforementioned areas were clean, inviting and well maintained. The hotel staff that we did interact with were friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel was host to the weekend long physic fair and it was our first time at this Radisson and the Physic Fair. The cost was $8 and that allowed you access to the event both Saturday and Sunday which I thought was good and they had vendors of different kinds in various physic fields. They had traditional tarot readings, palm readings, numerology retorts along with lectures on different aspects of physics, readings, and types of connections. The lectures were included in the cost of admittance. In addition to the various types of readings they had henna tattoos and personal or gift items such as books, crystals, jewelry and other physic craft items to purchase. It was a very cool event, very interesting and the individual vendors were all very nice and a pleasure to talk with on a variety of topics. They had a nice selection of items, I purchased a couple Christmas presents and a couple items for myself. We went out in the afternoon for@4hrs both days and it was alot of fun, I'd definitely go again. If not just to purchase more cider from The Immortal Phoenix and the enlightening conversations with them and Sunshine that did our tarot readings. Thanks again to all, they were such nice people!
The room was a little dirty. Hot water took a while to get hot. Amenities were good. The continental breakfast was very good.
Have stayed here many times for several yrs. Always pleasant. Staff courteous and helpful. Facilities pleasant. Restaurant good for all ages. Nice inexpensive breakfast buffet.
Great stay. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Front desk was very accommodating by providing a nice pack and play for our young daughter.
The lady checking me in was fantastic and a huge help. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient spot right outside if RIT and easy to find. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.
Decent room for the money. There were a few things from the previous guest that the maids failed to clean. Hair on the shower, kind of dirty toilet. Overall a good room on short notice for a decent price. Location is good. Central to some great shipping address.
This hotel is right in the front yard of RIT and is convenient for anyone doing business there. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is always friendly. The fact that they don't have a complimentary breakfast and that it is often noisy because of their clientele are the reasons they have 4 stars instead of 5 from me. I've stayed here many times and will come again because of it's location.
Customer service was great and very friendly. We reserved a room online and was ready the min we got there. We checked out the pool and the fitness room and was impressed that this hotel had free weight dumbbells. The breakfast a quiet and a little bland but good overall. If we were to visit Rochester in the future we would stay at this hotel again. Plus it's very close to everything.
The room was nice enough and the hotel staff friendly, but I don't think I've ever had such hard beds in a hotel before. Very uncomfortable. My air mattress was better.
The event I attended at the Rochester Radisson was great. The food was fresh and well presented. The room was a little hard to find, but the staff were very helpful and courteous. All accommodations were clean and we'll prepared.
The furnishings in the room are beautiful. Includes a mini fridge and microwave for us. The people are very kind and the beds are very comfortable.
Best staff ever! Very helpful and nice. The turkey club sandwich and tomato soup at its restaurant (Baxter's) are awesome and 10/10 would come here again.
Aging hotel but has all of the basics. Older beds, sagging furniture, musty long hallways. Staff are courteous and helpful. We used the pool Saturday morning and was surprised. Nice size, not heavily chlorinated, and all to ourselves. Free parking and 3 miles from restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.
