Fantastic Hotel! The manager was a pleasant, well traveled man who welcomed us. Beer and wine events on multiple nights of the week with dinner. Close to the mall. Just the best of the best!

Comfortable, spacious suites. Friendly staff. Reasonably close to I90/490 and Eastview Mall. However, Internet went out (throughout the property) overnight on our first night, and was never recovered; no information from staff (other than shrugs). When we checked in, we were asked what level of room service we wanted (none, just refresh the towels/remove garbage, or full); we indicated just towels/trash was fine, but never got it. Can't comment on breakfast, as we ate out each morning.

1 hour late getting one of my rooms ready. Staff was pleasant. Plenty to eat for breakfast. Room was clean. Hot tub was dirty. You could hear a lot of outside noise. Thin walls.

Very good hotel. Digital keys. Good breakfast. Nice big room. Good internet. Nice comfy bed and one of the best pillows i have ever had in a hotel. You will feel like yoh are sleeping on a cloud.

Nice facilities with friendly staff. Our suite was large and quite nice, but you can tell the hotel is aging due to some peeling wallpaper. The only minor qualm I had with our accommodation was that every channel EXCEPT for HBO and Showtime was in high definition. This is certainly not a make it or break it issue, but it was disappointing.

Overall, a great place to stay.

Very clean and neat hotel. The rooms are big and can fit our big family in it without feeling cramped at a reasonable price. The pool is big. And hot tub included. I would visit again.

I attended a birthday party at Homewood inn and suites in Victor. The party was fun, the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was not great (dirty and water didn't seem to be circulating well) and the pool area was too hot. Overall a good experience.

My wife and I would return to this location, we have stay in other Homewood suites which where okay, but this one is great. Management here is on the top of their game and it shows.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was impeccable. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Clean, nicely furnished rooms, with a social mixer from 5-7 PM for hotel guests hosted by friendly staff. Location is a little out of the way, but that's how you hide the good stuff!

We booked one night at the Homewood Inn and Suites in Victor to split up a long road trip with our 4yo and two infant twins. I've always found these hotels to be very family-friendly and the best option, consistently offering the same amenities such as fitness center, indoor pool (which my 4yo loves) and complimentary breakfast/dinner. I am reviewing this particular location because it deserves special mention due to several points.

1. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in (I swear you could have eaten a meal off the lobby bathroom floors). The room was impeccable and the fitness center was immaculate.
2. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
3.When they brought 2 cribs to our room, they were real cribs with mattresses, not pack and plays.
4. When we got home we realized that my 4yo had left her favorite blanket behind.(She had been playing "fort" in the closet with it as we were packing and we forgot to look inside during the "idiot check".) I placed a phone call to the hotel after we arrived home to see if it turned up, and within 24 hours I got a call back from the desk manager saying that housekeeping had located it, and that they'd overnight it to our house. This meant the world to us and especially to our daughter.

This hotel gets first prize in my book. If we ever repeat our road trip, we will be planning a stopover there in advance.
