Newly renovated hotel. Staff are super nice. The hotel lobby is amazing and give access to a nice backyard furnished with nice outdoor furniture and surrounded with beautiful flowers. The room is nice and comfortable. The washroom is small but still have lots of rooms to put your things. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

Our flight was canceled so we selected the hotel that was claiming to be near the airport. It was anything but near the airport. Other guests were partying on our floor until 1:00 am. When checking out I shared my deep concern regarding this and the representative just shrugged his shoulder and said sorry. Then we proceeded for breakfast and we got third degree that we didn't have complimentary breakfast. That was an oversight on our part. However, their training lacked courtesy. They made us feel like we were trying to get a free breakfast out of them. The only good experience we had was th driver you took us to the airport. They need to let him train rest of the staff. Never staying here. We were staying at a Hampton Inn prior to Marriott and they know what customer service is.

My fiancé and I stopped in to have a drink at the bar and check out the facilities as we are searching for a location for our wedding guests to stay. The bar and front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The decor was modern, clean, and beautiful. We will most definitely be choosing this location for our guests to relax for a couple nights.

The most Beautiful Hotel in Rochester
The exterior approach has mini-gardens surrounding it.
The Lobby, Restaurant & Bar are Lovely Very comfortable plush furnishings throughout. The Rooms are beautifully decorated & the Suites are exquisitely designed and plush.
There is so much more to elaborate on but I would be writing a book, there are many amenities the Marriott has to offer.
The Marriott is a convenient beautiful hotel for Business, Leisure & Family.

Great stay! I stayed here on a business trip and enjoyed my visit. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The breakfast buffet in the morning was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

We did the tasting menus but not the wine pairing. We selected a couple of wines by the glass and had the sommelier select a couple. Everything was great, especially the service. A little pricey but we would return.

The Rochester Airport Marriott is in a super easy to find location right off the highway, and has great desk service, so for a place to get in, and it quickly, it's perfect- with plenty of meal (including coffee and breakfast) options nearby- and for room of service if you prefer to stay in. The beds are comfy and the rooms are homie. Definetly recommended for any occasion whether for business, a concert, or even just a vacation. Do note it has a breakfast, however it's not complimentary, but as stated earlier there are also plenty of other food options nearby.
