Hampton is our favorite hotel. Always clean. Nice breakfast and a swimming pool

really comfy, I wish it had a little refrigerator. great location and I like the bathroom shower. breakfast was good, server tasty eggs.

The room is very spacious, and clean. The decor is very outdated however it has everything that you would need for an extended stay. Such as a refrigerator, a microwave, a living room space with a couch, table, TV and chair. Then another space for the bed, as well as another TV, dresser, closet space, and nightstands. There's another vanity area and separate is the toilet and shower. There is also ironing board and iron and a blow dryer. The staff has been very helpful and I would definitely recommend it to another.

I attended a seminar in one of the conferences rooms. The room was well suited, hotel was fine. No complaints, didn't spend enough time there to pass any real judgment. Seemed like a cozy place for the most part.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, room was cool however A/C was noisy. Breakfast was included and delicious. Hot and cold beverages were available in the evening at no charge. The hotel was very busy but very quiet. It is well located near highway and lots of shopping.

Room was nice. Bed was clean and comfortable. Clean bathroom with a good shower. However, it was very noisy (children in the halls, and walls are thin). Breakfast was also very busy, but food was decent.

The hotel was very accommodating. Provided shuttle service from the airport. No room service but free breakfast. Room was clean. Staff friendly. Good value.

Love love love the homey, comfortable atmosphere great big fireplace in the lobby, plenty of sitting area with a big TV. Little gym, pool and spa available to use-- morning breakfast very convenient , good variety and good quantity. Our room had A kitchen at which was so wonderful… right next to an outlet mall a plaza Walmart and restaurant -we are going a back this week for a swim meet in Webster🏊🏻♀️🏊🏻♀️🏊🏻♀️👍🏻

Room was great. Everything was clean and in working condition. The room even came with a choice of fireplace or full kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). Hot breakfast every morning, hot tub, pool, free wifi.
Honestly my only complaint is that I arrived at 10pm on the nose, after specifically calling ahead to say I would arrive at 10pm, yet I had to stand at the front desk for 20 min before anyone showed up to check me in. Kind of annoying after my 5 hour drive. When the guy finally showed up, I didn't get any sort of apology. Not even a quick "oh sorry for your wait, how may I help you?" Would have given 5 stars otherwise.response / report this review -

The room was comfortable, but not prepared for 6 people. Our reservation was for 6 people. The hot breakfast was excellent. The pool facilities were in good repair. The staff were all very kind. We enjoyed our stay.
