The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a late check-in and they were more than accommodating. The one bedroom suite is incredibly comfortable. THIS is now my new hotel that I will stay at Every time I have to stay in Rochester. Again very happy.

It's a great location, right on the river. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though they could use some new couches. They had to relocate me to a different room due to new carpeting but they totally made up for it by leaving a 6-pack of beer that I exchanged for a bottle of wine. They were very accommodating.

Overall the hotel is pretty good. The wifi could be quicker and easier to connect to (couldn't get my Android phone to connect at all; didn't have a problem with my computer), but I wasn't around enough for this to bother me too much. The staff was really helpful, and the free shuttle service around Rochester made life super easy. Never a bad thing having a happy hour with free beer every night too! The included breakfast is relatively simple, just a half-step up from a typical continental breakfast.

Stayed for work. No complaints. Really nice that they have a social event every night with some food and beer, nice pool, workout area, and free laundry (supplies not included).

I was there for a local conference for 2 consecutive days. I did not spend the night, rather commuted there. It is very clean. The location is great! The deck out back is right on the water. They had breakfast and lunch for our group, both were good. After spending some time there, I'd definitely stay there w my family. The staff was super nice and everything from tables and chairs to carpets and bathrooms were very clean.

Room and hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and it's convenient to the airport. Nice restaurants are within a short drive but I didn't find any walkable. The view to the river is nice. The front staff was nice and presentable. I would stay there again.

Room was clean. Bed and linens were comfortable. Easy access to local food/highways. Breakfast was simple but good. Kitchenette was good. Liked the access to walking trails.
Didn't like the couch/chair, our suite was a bit on the small size. Bathroom was not very updated, there were some wear and tear with the walls, floor, etc. could use some new fixtures. Elevator was slow. Pool was ok but kids were diving, doing belly flops, no one from the hotel came to monitor etc while we were there 45 min. I attended an orientation for my new job at Strong Memorial Hospital. It was pleasant enough. The setting was clean and well lit. There was some AV trouble with the hotel equipment that delayed our start by about 20 min. Otherwise it was fine. The views of the river were beautiful from the back balcony.

Great hotel, room had great service and full kitchen, beautiful view of river and right next to a park, free breakfast and great people working there. Pool was closed which stunk.

We stayed here back in February. When we arrived, we found out that we had missed the info. on the web site that the pool was under construction. My sister and I were furious as we had selected this hotel due to the pool and we had kids in the cars who couldn't wait to swim. I cannot even express how accommodating the staff was. They were calling other places to find a comparable suite for us with a pool. They remained so calm and kind even though we were so upset. They ended up sending us to the YMCA pool, giving us a huge discount on our already reasonable rate for our suite, and when we returned from swimming and dinner, we each had movies and care packages left in our room. We were blown away by their kindness. On top of that, the suites are amazing! We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend Staybridge Suites to anyone.

Room was quite nice: spacious, well appointed, and clean. The staff was very friendly at check-in, and again during breakfast the next morning. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Great location for University. Comfortable rooms. River view is lovely. 5min walk to campus. Free shuttle anywhere within 5 mins morning and evening​. No great restaurants within walking distance but I'd come again!
