I have visited this particular Microtel a number of times for work trips. The staff is friendly, the Continental breakfast is well stocked (though it could offer more variety, there are no options that I've seen for hot meals such as those automated pancake makers). The rooms are clean and well kept. Very good price for the value. I will definitely stay again.

Awesome place to stay, very friendly staff, housekeeping very professional and helpful. Prices are great, breakfast was good, loved the room. Had a overall wonderful Trip with my family!

Quiet, clean, and relaxing. We had no problem with this place at all. Even with 3 cats (which is hard to get a hotel with) they were friendly and helpful. A delicious breakfast as well. I will be looking for more of this hotel chain for the rest of our trip

Stayed here for a cpl of races we were doing. Convenient to so much with many parks nearby. The hotel and staff are wonderful. Super clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again. I felt so comfortable and it had a homey welcoming feel.

This is the place for a great overnight stay for a couple. The rooms are small, but they have more than enough room for 2 people, and the service was awesome! The overnight manager John was very helpful and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

I want to express my deepest appreciation for the kind attention given to me this past weekend. As my family drove into the Inn parking lot I experienced a serious medical issue which ended in my being taken by ambulance to the Canandagua Hospital Emergency Room. Not only was the Microtel desk staff most helpful in attending to my immediate needs, they cancelled our room without penalty. Thank you staff for not only taking care of me, but putting up with small grandchildren who looked to you for attention. This personal attention is why our family uses only the Victor Microtel Inn & Suites for Rochester area trips.

After many triesI will stop trying. Pass this location a couple times a year, have stayed 4 times. It's the only hotel where I have EVER asked to switch rooms because the one they gave me was CLEARLY full of debris (construction related, I believe ). No complaints about the small rooms, it's a MICROTEL, and that part is understood. Typically, the friendly staff and awesome breakfast are reason enough to return. This time through, struggling to find accommodation for myself and 3 kids, I was told they had 2 rooms left. Perfect, I only needed 1! Then, when I said I would need a crib, I was told that there was a crib on the premises, but she would have to *search/scrounge, can't remember the exact term, to find it. I said, "Okay! If you have a crib, it's a go!" She repeated that she would have to dig to find it, and met me with a blank stare. Then, sweetly, she said, "If you would like, I could call the Holiday Inn next door to see if they have availability. " ??? I told her that they were full, then left! Maybe she was having a bad day? I had been in my van with 3 kids for 10 hours, my day was worse. I sobbed in the parking before forging ahead. Never again!

Great for a quick nights sleep! Rooms are small but worked perfect for the two of us. Toilet paper was not a new roll but I'm fine with not being wasteful and the rest of the room was clean. No elevator but they have first floor rooms if need be. Service was great and we didn't get breakfast but I grabbed a cup of cereal and muffins for the road. Muffins were great! Overall the best deal for the price!

Heater didn't work. They don't answer their text line. Only consolation they would offer was a discount off another stay there because they knew we wouldn't. Not impressed.

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located near shopping centers and has restaurants within walking distance.
