Terrific full service hotel. We use it for a romantic winter overnight getaway each year. Valet parking, excellent service, very nice rooms. We used the spa, the rooftop bar for drinks and appetizers, and the restaurant for dinner. One stop for everything on a cold night.

I was there for company holiday party. I thought the staff were all nice and helpful. I felt the prime rib was too under cooked for my taste, the turkey was good, and I loved the mac and cheese.

I only visited this hotel for breakfast. It has a very nice lobby with comfortable armchairs located next to a warm fire place which I enjoyed on that cold day. My experience at the restaurant was good. Staff was friendly and good was delicious.

Went to a wedding reception at the Strathallan yesterday. Service at the open bar was top notch. Apps were quite delicious even though I never got my hands on that tasty looking arancini.

Staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Rooms are big and well decorated. The hotel is located in a beautiful residential area. Has a spa, although I didn't have time to use it during my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed for a night in a one bedroom. Very nice setup. May be on the pricier side for some. The ninth floor is a nice space for events given the almost panoramic view of the city and surrounding parts of Rochester.

Comfortable. The room and bed were very nice. The shower was good as well. The room had a fridge and microwave which was the nice. There are nice amenities at the hotel (pool fitness room). Room service was prompt and the food was good and there were generous portions. Nice place.

I spent 4 nights in this place during my work conference. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Both ground floor and 9th floor bars are nice and barattenders are very pleasing to the eye and super friendly.

Attended a wedding here. The room on the top floor with a the windows was beautiful. The food was fantastic, and the staff were all excellent that I interacted with.

Beautiful hotel with surprisingly large bedrooms. You're greeted by an outside firepit several feet to the entrance. The lobby desk is situated across from a Lounge/Bar/Restaurant in beautiful contemporary design. There's a small Starbucks in the lobby too for my caffeine freaks. The bedrooms open into your own small apartment like hallway to the comfortable bed. Each room is equipped with fridge and microwave. Would recommend a stay here.

Hotel seemed spacious, nice and clean. I was on a crutch and the dining area was very accommodating when I needed to sit down at a high table instead of where they were set up for breakfast. They had a fire pit on the roof and on the ground floor which was nice at night to have a glass of wine by and chat with friends. There was a wedding Saturday night so the upstairs was closed and although we were hoping for it to be open Sunday night it was closed when we got up there around 10pm. They had a cab waiting for us when we needed and sent up extra blankets right away. Only issue I had was one of the cleaning crew knocked on the door and asked if we wanted the room cleaned. I explained we were leaving in half an hour for a wedding and asked if she could come back then. The woman rolled her eyes at me (I could have misread that) said "dunno" and walked away. They were only in the room 5 rooms down cleaning when we left and our room was left uncleaned.

All in all it was a very nice stay and very close to the Eastman House (the man who started Kodak) and the Science Museum and Planetarium as well as other interesting sites.
