I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were a good size for my needs. The pricing is fair. The breakfast could be better. If you are not mobile it's not a lot nearby in walking distance. I will book again.

Eh, it was cheap and fairly close to the convention center. Most of the staff sucked, the gal who checked us in was a total B, and housekeeping was loud as all get out and would knock on your door even with a Do Not Disturb sign. With all the "We are not responsible for your belongings or your car" signs everywhere, you don't feel that calm or safe. Pretty ghetto. I'd stay somewhere else next time.

For a suite I wasn't impressed. I understand it's a budget hotel. It was busy. The breakfast in the lobby is always crowded. Limited seating so arrive very early. The food was ok. Although I liked the Mickey Mouse waffles, you had to wait a while to make them. The line of about 10 to 15 people was crazy. The shower walls were dirty.

It took forever to sign in. The room was tidy but the carpet looked like it needed cleaning. In the bathroom, there was a vent covered with a thick layer of dust-the exhaust did not work. In the lobby store, the freezers had about five inches of protruding ice/frost onto the items-evident the freezers had not been cleaned for a considerable time. The pool tile needed a good scrubbing, as well as the outdoor tables and chairs. Only bright side was the friendly staff! I will never stay at this place again!

Initially when we went to check in there were three clerks working. There were two people in front of us and only one clerk checking people in. The other two clerks were discussing how they were going to charge a customer for an extra day because he checked out early. When we went to check in we were told we had to pay an extra $25 deposit on our credit card. When we ask why we were told that was their policy for incidentals. There was no mini bar in the room so what incidentals were they talking about? When we got into our room the room was damp but passable. I will say that the bathroom needed work done on it. The tiles were all chipped up and there were water stains under the sink. The landscapers were there when we arrived at 4 in the afternoon and as we were checking in they were busy blowing things on the third floor up and down the hallway. There was no grass on the third floor so I have no idea why they were blowing. In the morning I went downstairs to the car to get something my husband was sleeping and housekeeping burst in on him. No knock no nothing they just burst right in. We went downstairs to check out to ensure our deposit was refunded only to find out that they would hold it for 7 to 10 days. Also they advertise that they had a shuttle to the attractions . The shuttle runs once in the morning and once in the afternoon that's it. So we ended up having to take a taxi both directions because we missed the shuttle . Oh and the elevator to the third floor had no fan no air conditioning it was just a hot box . It was not in side it was outside. This is Central Florida you need air conditioning in an enclosed space outside. We didn't use the pool so I can't comment on that. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel was amazing! The room was comfortable, the pool was good, the services were great and they have Mickey waffles on breakfast! Loved it!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE!
MOTEL NOT HOTEL
Fridge has hair in and has not seen a cloth in years.
Nail clippings in corners of room where it has not seen a Hoover. Has not seen a tin of paint in decades and access stairs never been cleaned since our arrival. ZERO SECURITY AND ANYONE CAN ACCESS ROOMS FROM ANYWHERE AROUND BUILDING.
Beds are NOT double and will not fit 2 grown adults unless you plan on sleeping on top of each other while kids lay beside you!! Dirt everywhere in corners and dust on sockets again never been cleaned in decades. Socket in toilet loose on wall with attached hairdryer so possible safety hazard! They say "it's fine"
Also the manager states "it is what it is" when approached about health and safety incl cleanliness. After complaints and days spent trying to be moved the MOTEL call us liars and refuse to allow our family to be moved thru our travel agency!

I wouldn't come back. As soon as you walk in the lobby, there's a foul smell. The restrooms at the lobby are filthy. I was almost scared to see what the room would be like. Unfortunately, the room was prepaid and non refundable so I couldn't cancel if I wanted to. There are raccoons everywhere at night. They were lurking and trying to eat what they could from the trash cans right near the stairs of the building. No security - pool is supposed to be open until 11pm and loud people where in there past that time while I tried to sleep. Housekeeping never came because supposedly we had left the "do not disturb" sign outside of our door which wasn't true. Someone just didn't want to do their job. Basically weird smells and low maintenance all around. It's probably OK if you stay 1 night and it's super close to Universal but I wouldn't recommend this place for more than that and if you want to feel comfortable and safe.

2 Stars is REALLY pushing it. The place has zero security. This is a motel and even though they have a "fence" around the location, you can walk up to any door. People are up at all hours and the walls are thin. You can hear anything. Don't be fooled by the photos on the inside of the room. The ac in the room is terrible. Gets maybe 75 coolest. This is Florida with 100% humidity. Spend a couple of extra bucks to go to a place that has better infrastructure.

Good price vs quality. Near to the amusement parks. Nice pool (although it could be a little bit more cleaner. Would recommend for 1 or 2 nights.

Stayed here a week for SWCO and Disney World. The hotel itself was good. The room had very comfortable beds and a good size bathroom. The information online is not accurate. Distance to the convention center is almost 4 times further than stated. Misinformed about our Disney World passes purchased here. Mostly an "oh well" attitude from the staff.

They had last minute rooms at 2am after leaving our other hotel. Rooms are clean. staff was very helpful and nice. Pool area is beautiful. Only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because the rooms are a little out dated but still very nice.
