The room was ok. I could hear the people above me walking around and it sounded like they were bowling. My room took forever to get ready. The location in relation to the parks was fantastic.
This place is horrible! The sheets had not been changed from the last guest. When we turned the sheets back there were hairs and make-up on them. When we called the front desk there was no I'm sorry or we will fix that. They brought me sheets to the door and handed them to me!! The floors in the bathrooms had not been cleaned. They were sticky and turned your feet black. The furniture in the living room was old worn and stained really bad. The sliding glass door would not lock. Felt very un-safe there. I am just glad we had only booked for one night before we started our stay at Disney.
Good hotel for guests needing kitchen facilities. Basic cooking equipment is provided together with cutlery and crockery. No oven, just a toaster oven, microwave and hob. We stayed here before our cruise and it made for a good base for visiting Orlando.
I have had a more than favorable stay here. Gush worthy even. Staff has been fantastic and oh so accommodating. It was one of the few places in our price range with a continental breakfast. Rooms are not flashy but clean and a good size. Overall very pleased and would come back.
Stayed here on first visit to Orlando. Was better than expected. Our room was basically an apartment and kept clean. Busses came early to take you to parks. Only downside is there isn't a great deal to do around the complex and wasn't keen on the breakfast setup but for the price we paid well happy.
This is a great hotel to stay in if going to Disney and you don't want to stay on their property. Its nice and close to all the parks. The room was clean, quiet, and affordablecant go wrong.
Great place for the price. Our room was clean and comfortable. Clealiness good. Has free breakfast but with limited options. Gets boring after a few days. Very limited kitchen accessories. A few pots and pans (3), a set of dishes and a few utensils. No cutting board, measuring cup or spoons, etc. Bath tub is very slippery, be careful. I would definitely stay here again.
Here during hurricane Irma. The staff was exceptional! Accommodations were excellent. These people could have been home with their famies, but instead they were here serving us. A hidden gem in Orlando and I would recommend this place to everyone visiting the area. Just want to thank you all, from the heart, for being here in our time of need. You all are amazing. God bless.
The apartment was the perfect size for 4 adults on a vacation. The rooms were comfortable and we loved having a kitchen in order to cook some meals in. We used the pool/ hot tub a few times. The staff we interacted with were accommodating, informative, and personable.
The continental breakfast offered was sufficient, but certainly nothing special. We did end up ordering a pizza from the Calypso one evening and had it delivered to our room in the near pouring rain. It was actually pretty good.
The only "bad" part about staying there was utilizing the free shuttle service to the parks. The bus makes only one trip there/ back each day. The bus was hot, crowded and the driver rode the brakes, so we were all feeling car sick by the end of the ride. On the way home it took over an hour for bus to get us back to the resort because of all of the other stops it made. If staying there, I suggest just pay the parking fee at the park/ taking an uber.
Wanted something more than a hotel so booked here and I loved it. The staff are all really nice and helpful, the rooms are great, I've stayed in other condo rentals and they don't provide anything but Parc Cirnich did. The bed could be a little softer but thats just my personal opinion. Its also great because it has a free shuttle to parks. I would stay here again.
We booked our stay here with Airbnb for less than half what it would have cost us to stay at a hotel with our whole family of 8. It is a budget option with the rooms being a bit dated, but for the price is an amazing deal and the service is very personal and prompt. They have a big continental breakfast with cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, boiled eggs, sausage, bagels, milk, juice, hot chocolate, coffee, etc. There is a small playground, a nice pool and jacuzzi, plus an exercise room. We needed a few extra forks,a baby bed, and a replacement sheet, and they quickly took care of everything. When I needed to print confirmation tickets, they provided a computer, Internet and printing free of charge. There is a free shuttle to Universal leaving at 8:10 am. It does stop at other hotels and Sea World, so it to about 45 minutes to make it to the park. However we used the time to sunscreen everyone and plan our day, so it was worth saving the $20 parking fee for each of our 2 cars. The returning shuttle leaves the park at 6:50 pm which was just right for us to get home, eat and put tired kids to bed. I will definitely stay here again if visiting the area again.
The place itself was extremely cozy and spacious aside from the bathroom area. Although it seemed the interior was a bit older, the view was beautiful and it had everything we needed. The pool was nice and close, clean and rarely busy! Overall it was a wonderful experience :)
Staff had excellent customer service.
Room was a little outdated. Could use some upgrades. I thought we were going to have a full kitchen, but we didn't have a stove which was okay. They provided some utensils but not all. It would be nice to have a sponge to rinse out the plates.
The outdoor patio was nice and we had a nice view.
