***PET OWNERS BE CAREFUL**** here on google and their site states its pet friendly but just called and they said policy changed last week.
Listen. We are talking Kissimmee here. This place is pretty alright.
The staff at this hotel are fantastic. We try not to get in thier way, They are very helpful and accomodating and really nice People.
I stayed at this motel for Hurricane Irma and I just want to say the manager and the staff went out of their way to accommodate all of us during a very stressful time. The manager was amazing. I watched him spend 20 minutes trying to find a room for an older guy at another hotel who had no place to stay. He really went out of the way for this guy and did not have to spend all this time helping him. Sure the place is not brand new, but I found the rooms to be very clean and tidy. The cleaning crew was very dedicated and I could see them making all sorts of accommodations for the guests. Yes, this is not the Hilton. But as far as I am concerned it is the Hilton of inexpensive hotels. You hear many horror stories about the staff at other hotels who don't seem to care, but we should reward people like this who really are dedicated to their jobs and work hard to take care of everybody, especially the older guests. Believe me, I have spent lots of time on the road staying in hotels. This motel is a bargain for the quality. It is located close to the major theme parks. Near lots of restaurants. Yet, it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Plus, they take pets!!!
It was great, we had a vwry late night last min book8ng. The front desk was so nice. The room was clean and it had nice accomadations. The next moening we had a continental breakfast. Again staff was cery friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back.
Basic hotel, good for a night. Don't have high expectations. The toilet didn't work properly and the room was musky.
Great location close to Disney theme parks. Reasonable price. It's not the best hotel. Rooms could be cleaner and ours had a musty/mildew odor. Shower and toilet area VERY dated and needed a deep clean. Sink area updated and clean. Nice Matrix products. Hair dryer in room. Flat screen TV. Mattresses seemed new and comfortable. Free WiFi . If you aren't too picky and just need a decent place to sleep in the area, it fits the bill. Handicap accessible room is fair. I have a narrower chair and it worked for me (T12). Someone with a higher level injury or wide chair (greater than 28") will struggle in their accessible room.
Breakfast was not good. Bathrooms not clean. Musty smell in room. Handicap rooms not very accessible. But beds are super comfy
Well for one I had to keep going up n down the elevator. There was NO BELL HOP WHATSOEVER to move our things from one room to another, because we wanted a smoking room instead of a non smoking because the gf smokes. The help here at first, I da know im still here at the moment, sucked because we had to help ourselves in packing the rack to move our things.
Extremely friendly workers, clean room, clean and comfy beds. Doesn't look great from the outside but it looks decent inside. Looks like some remodeling has been done. Shower faucet handles were a little loose and sometimes were tricky to turn on and off.
Pros:
*Location was ideal for my visit. There are tons of restaurants, activities, shops, and stores. It's super close to Disney.
*Front desk staff is very friendly and made my children and myself feel comfortable checking in and out.
Cons:
*Bathroom had red mold. Bathroom door was falling apart. Bathroom curtain wasn't long enough to cover both ends of tub, so water soaked the floor during a shower. There was a cockaroach walking around the bathroom area. There was half done patch up work where I'm assuming the shower curtain once fell off. Toilet seat cover had light blood stains from prior visitor.
