Smoke everywhere..roaches everywhereroom stinksheater not workingbad smell..trash..all way all corridors..no ventilation system in roomno body listens

The room I was in from 10/23 - 10/30/17 the microwave didn't work and they never replaced it, the stove burner only had 1 eye working and only some of the time. I would not recommend anyone stay here unless you have no other choice.

Am not happy with this place. Had cockroaches. Staff is disrespectful and never at their desk to help or answer questions. Lots of drug activity. Keys don't work half the time and staff isn't there to get you in your room. No-one answers the emergency number. The place has changed its name to In Town Suites and has no sign at the driveway on president drive so you have to guess where to pull in. I have never been more disappointed with a hotel then I am with this one. Would not recommend this place to a homeless man in the middle of winter. Very sad. Shame on you In Town Suites!

It wasn't too bad. It was ok for pricing. It smelled pretty sketchy around where I was staying, but I only stayed for sleeping so its fine.

Worst hotel, very arrogant staff, smelling hallways and rooms, alot of robberies and homicides, the courtesy officer very verbally abusive and cameras never works, alot of drugs and drugatics in room #101 you will see people buying drugs thru the windows they even have a little hole on their window screen to sell their drugs, you'll see needles and drugs bugs open in plain sight view in the stairway and hallways, very dirty rooms, the water is off often for days and most of the times is no available hot water, theirs mold and leaking water from side to side of the front desk when you walk in is been like that for weeks and they don't have any maintenance workers so they'll never fix anything related to maintenance, the manager Amanda threats people like garbage and the courtesy officer name is Julie she's very racist and allways allowed her friends from room 117 or 118 to get away with everything and since she and the General manager Amanda have a relationship no one is able to tell her to do her job right, this place is the worst place to ever go and bring kids.. First floor suppose to be smoke free and that's I lie / suppose no dog that's I lie there are a dog on the first floor front desk close since Saturday 24 suppose to clean the room on Monday another lie the worst and if you want to waste your Money this is the place and I forgot made my reservation for King room 3 weeks prior my arrival they didn't have it they gave me a Full with roches / paper toilet is you finish it they don't put any more you have to buy your self crazy I have ever stay at

Just what you would expect for the price you pay. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is for the staff that works the front desk, they deserve a star themselves. Those ladies are awesome!!

They have people who smoke on the non smoking floors and smells like weed as well. They are not open in Sunday's and they should be even for just a couple of hours.
