Great place for business travelers visiting West Orlando. Sales department worked with our budget and extended most competitive rate. The hotel was clean and organized. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We book again forcsure.
One of the nicest hotels around and so close to Universal!! I stayed here before and saw it was getting dated, until they renovated the hotel. Looks really nice in the lobby and my room was fresh and clean. The rooms are big and have a new bathroom with great lighting. I read the reviews on Expedia and Google and found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Not sure about any smell in the rooms or lobby, but overall the experience was great in my opinion. The only thing they could work on is a better breakfast. I do understand they are serving a number of people, but my wife and I prefer going to IHOP next door.
I stayed for one night over the Thanksgiving weekend and had a great experience! The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is very spacious and clean, and the process to check in/out was very simple. Only critique I would give is about their breakfast, not much variety and the bagel I had wasn't very fresh. If you're looking to be close to the Universal resort and surrounding area I highly recommend staying here!
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
The hotel was very close to universal, so it was very convenient and easy to find. The room was up to date and very clean. The breakfast was good, just wish it stayed open another hour during week days.
Location and shuttle to Universal is great. Stayed here many times; however this past weekend the room smelt like urine. When I called the front desk to change rooms they were booked which I get. However, you cant blame "new curtains" as being the source when the AC unit smelt as if someone urinated in it. I would give this place another chance if the opportunity exists.
The only pro is the hotel's proximity to Universal Studios. The staff is incredibly rude. A woman mopping the floors during peak check in time wouldn't move for guests trying to enter the elevator. Once she was finished mopping, the elevator smelled like wet dog from the water she was using to "clean". The room and sheets smelled like used bowling shoes that had been left in the rain for weeks. The temperature in the room said 60 but was actually 78 and wouldn't drop. The shower head and water pressure was a joke. The rust stains surrounding the shower made me thank the Lord that we didn't bring our two small children with us on the overnight trip. The water stain on the ceiling in the bedroom was the size of a coffin. We entered the lobby to talk with some friends before checking out at 10am and the staff shut all of the lights off, made us remove our personal drinks from the table so it could be cleaned with a dirty rag, and then told to leave. I understand that $150 isn't a lot of money but it's enough to expect cleanliness and a polite staff.

I've had a really good experience at this hotel. There are many shops conveniently close to the hotel. The staff are friendly and are happy to work with our unusual booking. The rooms are clean and relaxing. Would recommend.
Location is about a 25-minute walk or a 7 minute drive to Orlando. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. The AC was not working in our hotel room the first night and was uncomfortably warm. But the next day they fixed it quite promptly. Pool is a little small and no hot tub, but the breakfast was good.
Restful nights after busy days of vacation! We arrived very late for our first night stay and were greeted with a friendly hello. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds. Multiple electrical outlets in the room was a great convenience. WiFi is fast. Wonderful choice.
The room was clean and quiet. The pool is pretty tiny, but it looked clean and well-tended. There were several fast-food restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. There aren't many amenities, but if you're just looking for a low-cost, affordable sleeping spot, this is a great choice.
Location was great, about a mile from universal. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was average. Very clean. We were at Universal studios all day. Checked in around 9pm left the next morning. I would go back
I am very picky when it comes to hotels, where I pull back sheets, mattresses and so on.This hotel was nice. The staff was nice, it was clean, the bed was comfortable. The only negative thing I can say is that a dirty washcloth was left hanging on the shower rod. At least it was a cleaning cloth used by the staff cause it still had blue cleanser on it. Wasn't discouraged enough to leave, did let the manager know that that was a pretty disgusting first impression and she did give us a credit. The breakfast was decent to us and the staff kept it stocked. Close to everything by car or foot and not a lot of traffic getting in and out. I would ask the management to ask the buses and larger vehicles to park on the street because when we got there from our late flight, there were 3 large buses and trucks taking up at least 4 spots and we had to park in another lot and walk late at night. There's also a pond next door that has alligators and turtles in it with a deck for you to look out. That was an added bonus to my husband and I! Will stay here again!
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights prior to visiting Universal Studios and found it to be excellent in every way. The room was very well maintained and very modern. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful while serving excellent food (especially the buffet breakfast which we didn't had to pay for). Lots of very plush chairs and lounges to sit in by the pool . This was an excellent hotel to start your holiday at and would definitely stay again on our next visit to orlando.
The only reason I give it a 4 star versus five is due to the weak bandwidth of the Wi-Fi and the Continental breakfast had very little variety outside of wheat based products. The eggs and sausage looked like they are frozen patties. A fruit tray would go pretty far.
Otherwise, the staff is friendly and the rooms are nice. A good value. I would certainly stay here again.
