Convenient location, friendly staff and fair price! The breakfast is nice and the staff works very hard to assist with all your needs. Would receive 5 stars if it is renovated the facility is older but still comfortable! If you need a nice warm bed at a fair price in the area this is a good choice!

The best thing about this hotel is perhaps its location, but there aren't many more positive aspects. It is wholly an average hotel at best, with a good breakfast although served in a strange space that makes traffic flow problematic. My room was dated, with stained furniture and an older bed/mattress. There was an overwhelming smell of bleach, enough that I requested my room NOT be cleaned during my stay. The bathroom had serious issues with mold/mildew around the tub, and really ugly water stains from faucets that were almost impossible to turn fully off. After looking around in the area, I would gladly pay another $20-30/night for a much better experience.

That the motel was clean. The restaurant ladies were friendly and breakfast was great. When I checked in , the man at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Only complaint was the two women who were at front desk later on Saturday and Sunday. They were rude to say the least, but will stay there our next trip to Charleston.

We stayed here for a week, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was awesome & the ladies preparing it were so nice, especially Ms. Colette 😊 House keeping & front desk staff were also friendly & courteous. Great price too! Can't beat the location either!

We stayed here for the extra days that we were not with our large party at a near by resort. The rooms were clean showed a little wear and tear but for the money it was worth it. Breakfast was good and the house housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The front desk help were ok, they did not seem to enthused to be helping you. I would stay again, it was economical.

Great location. Room surprised me with a big jetted tub. Actually had bacon for breakfast which is a big plus for me. Decent water pressure. King suite had plenty of room.

The room was dirty and smelled very musty. There was old garbage behind the furniture. The lady that checked us in 9/2 was not friendly and rude when we asked for more clean towels. The next morning at 6a we asked to be switched to a different room; we were given a new room and it was more clean with no smell, but it did have garbage behind furniture. The lobby also smelled musty. We stayed at this hotel in 8/2016 and were very satisfied. Not sure why it was so bad this year. I do not want to return ever to this Quality Inn location and would not recommend it to anyone.

Location is pretty good. Rooms are well sized and a good fit for small family. The service is great they are very friendly and put in consideration for small kids. The breakfast is great it is hot. They have gravy and biscuits, sausages, bacon, scramble eggs, waffles. They have juice and the work people are friendly.

Regular hotel pretending to be upscale because it's near a fancy golf course. The price was way way too high ($400 for two nights) over Memorial Day weekend. I definitely would not stay here again unless it were a lot cheaper. We traveled from 9 hours away through the night and requested early check in so we could shower before going out to the city. We called twice after check out and were told no rooms were available and finally gave up. Hard to believe not a single room had been cleaned in the hour between my phone calls! I had to pick up some dry shampoo at a local store to cover up my awful, greasy hair- not my idea of good costumer service, especially paying that much for the hotel. We didn't check in until much later in the early evening, exhausted from traveling and being out all day. The front desk clerk was professional but not friendly when we checked in. The shower had a dripping leak so bad we had to close the bathroom door at night, and the water pressure was so terrible I never actually felt clean. The sink didn't drain properly- standing water that I had to scoop out with a cup. On the plus side, the AC unit in the room worked quite well and the free hot breakfast was a decent attempt (waffle machine, biscuits and gravy, powdered eggs, and microwave bacon). The free cookies on the front desk in the afternoon were a good thought but poorly executed as they were rock hard.

Worst place!!! Couldn't get into room. Keys didn't work and after an hour of trying various things, our "friendly" staff finally moved us to someone else room. The room had a moldy smell and issues every way we turned (outlets wouldn't work, the fridge was broken, only had two towelson and on). Breakfast was nasty with paper plates and plastic flatware. And the next morning we decided to check out and go somewhere else. And of course they messed that up well. Oh and they still charged me for full week.

Horrible customer service, bathroom needs updatingWAS NOT greeted just asked "how can I help you.?" in such a tone that it sounded as if we were inconveniencing the lady at the counter. There was nobody waiting in line and she looked disgusted to see us. I hated every minute of checking in!!! Just needed a place to stay for a cruise the next day and I wish I would have went elsewhere. Rude staff. Never staying here again. COMPLETE DUMP.

The staff was accommodating when we had an issue with one of the beds and gave us a new room without any hesitation. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Turn down service was early. We were on the second floor and they got to our room at 9:30. The breakfast was hot and there were plenty of options. They even had gluten free cereal. It's in a great location very close to downtown Charleston. It's only a six minute drive and a $9 uber.
