This was the worst customer service experience in my life and I have stayed alot of places. Ended in me calling the police on the front desk. Avoid this place at all cost!
This was a great hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, with all new furnishings and glass doors in the stand up shower. The pillows were not cheap and the bed and chase was so comfy. Breakfast was awesome! Eggs sausage cereal grits oatmeal waffles yogurt and fruit, oj etc.. I will be staying here again.
I always stay at this hotel whenever I come to N. Charleston, SC because it is conveniently located near the interstate, near the outlet mall, and various resturants. This hotel is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff are very polite and friendly. They offer various discount rates which is a plus, so the value is pretty good.
Only been there one night so far. Going to be there for three nights. Best way to get out of it is through the next door parking lot onto Aero drive, if you need to make a left turn. Then you'll have a signal light when you get back to the major street.
Would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Mold, sorry customer service, lack of solutions.
Perhaps this place is better when it's empty but otherwise, DO NOT STAY HERE!
However, great location as far as conveniences. Minutes from downtown historic Charleston. Near a brewery that has live music. Close to shopping locations.
Long story short, if you don't mind mold, putting your health in danger and don't really plan on being in your room longer than a few hours, then hey!
The hotel was lovely clean rooms until 6 that morning me and my husband were woke up by bed bugs biting us. We immediately went to the front desk the clerk told us the manager will be in at 7. She was there early and when I addressed her I was informed there were no more rooms and it will be 10:00 before anything comes available. So me and my husband went and slept in the car until 10:50 to go back inside and was told they were cleaning another room out for us. The manager was very apologetic and very nice but it also would have been nice to refund some of our money for the inconvenience.
Service was great. The room was very clean. The location was perfect. I felt very safe coming in at all hours. The waffle maker was out of order which was the only bummer.
Very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and professional. Bed was great. Location is good and right next to the highway. The only small oddity was the entrance to the parking lot is a little difficult to find. The entrance our GPS took us to is at the beginning of an on-ramp thus confusing at night. Other than that we had a good stay.
The stay was nice. However, there was not much hot water and there was absolutely no parking because of sharing location with 3 hotels. We had to park at the neighboring hotel. Rooms are nice though and workers seem to be nice.
I waffled between 3 and 4 stars. It's clean, the bathrooms are nice - shower and tub. The beds are good (no bugs!) and I slept well enough. The room climate controls were set to run continuously - whether heating, cooling or "off" the fan would always run. I wasn't sure if this was to mask outside noise in this area - busy streets and near the airport. Complimentary breakfast was satisfactory but not as well done as other Comfort Inn's I've stayed at.
It's clean and no-frills, just what a Comfort Inn is supposed to be. The location is good. Can walk to the convention center, easily.
We stayed one night. Room is very large, comfortable and clean. Everything was working fine except a blow dryer - but they gave us a temporary one. The breakfast is one of the best you can expect - fresh and large selection including hot food. The breakfast area is small so we had to wait for a table availability.
*Note: You had to rate this hotel; I did not want to "rate" it because it deserves NO STARS!
This hotel is absolutely, by far, the WORST hotel on planet Earth!!! The hotel is in a seedy location, the rooms smelt of smoke, and the toilet paper was thin- AKA: cheap. Cops had to be called due to a party going on down the hall. The customer service was nonexistent, and a manager could not be reached. Horrible experience, don't waste your money. Besides, if you went closer into Charleston, you could get a MUCH better room, in a SAFE location, WITHOUT worrying about your car being damaged.
