Met up with friends that were staying there. We were all going to a hockey game that night. Hotel is 50 yards from the arena. The lobby area is very nice, as are the rooms. I would meet here before events in the future and next time would probably just stay here too!

Really neat little area with a ton of entertainment. The hotel rooms are average but the really great thing about this place is the staff. From the front desk to bus, everyone is pleasant and eager to help. Can't beat that.

The location was perfect. Its located at the heart of west gate, where there are many restaurants, bar, and stores around. The rooms were clean and fresh. Ther service were great too, especially front desk.

We attended a cosmetology show at the hotel in the conference rooms at the Renaissance. The rooms were large and spacious and easily sectioned off for individual classes. The hallways and rooms were comfortable enough that even in a wheelchair with a decent size crowd, we were able to easily get around. There were water stations spread throughout. The only problem was the filled valet parking due to the football game occuring at the dame time. We would definitely attend another event.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Friendly and attentive staff, immaculately clean. Beautiful decor. Right here in westgate by the Cardinals stadium. I love it here!!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The staff was super friendly. The beds were comfy, room was clean and very relaxing. They do charge for parking, but it was the same cost to valet so it was worth it. I live in town and wouldn't mind doing a staycation here in the future!

The hotel is very nice, rooms are comfy. But they insisted I park in their garage for $15 a day or threatened that I would get towed!! I wanted to park across the street and they said the lot would get closed off and sometimes cars were towed! I was shocked. There is so much space around this area and the hotel can't offer parking to its guests??? And I trust them but I feel a bit intimidated into paying this crazy fee.

Nice and located near Phoenix stadium. If you planning to watch a game , this hotel is right choice.. I love this hotel. There's an shopping center from the hotel. It was very nice and clean I love this. I like this hotel because of its nearby I-10 and 101. So you can go anywhere from the hotel . you don't have to take a long.

Went for a professional conference. The amenities were clean and well maintained. Nice decor. Two suggestions - 1: better signage in the parking garage for how to get to the hotel entrance. 2: cut back on the scented air, it was overpowering.

Love it, can't go wrong. Location is not great if want downtown, but perfect for the stadiums at Glendale. Staff are friendly, ambiance is casual but upscale, food is delicious and love the separate lap pool. Would not stay anywhere else in the area!

I am very loyal to Marriott Hotels, however I warn anyone against staying at this hotel because of serious billing mistakes that the hotel does not correct. After I checked out with the front desk, I was charged for an extra night the next day. I called the hotel that morning, and the front desk did not dispute that I had checked out, or that I was calling from another state on the day they were billing me for a stay. They referred me to the manager's voicemail, who failed to call me back. THREE times. I disputed the charge with Visa, who found the charge was not valid, and refunded me. In retaliation, this hotel referred me to a collection agency. I am now having to provide yet another third party investigation all my documentation, for a fraudulent charge the hotel could very simply make right. DO NOT STAY HERE. so not worth the risk of endless hours trying to resolve their billing mistakes.

Hotel is really close to the University of Phoenix Stadium. Nice, well lit and contemporary lobby with bar. Outdoor patio has a ping pong table and a couple of bag sets. Rooms are pretty nice size and staff seems friendly. Pretty good hotel to stay at.

I have always stayed at a Marriott when I travel. The service from all at this hotel was stupendous. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the room was not as clean as it could/should have been. There was a layer of dust under the bed, the corner of the settee had quite a bit of dust on it and we spilled some water on the tile entryway floor and wiped it up with a hand towel and when we looked at the towel it was black. Other than that, the hotel is fantastic. Restaurant 5 star. The bed and pillows are so comfortable, I wish I could purchase them for my home. :) Thank you Marriott for another great vacation.

This hotel is AMAZING! The employees at the front desk are very courteous and helpful and the rooms are very clean and accommodating. Room service is prompt and the food is delicious. My only complaint is that when we arrived to check in we chose to self park and when we requested a luggage cart from the valet I was told that I would have to bring my car back to the front of the hotel and unload there and then park again. I ended up carrying my luggage all the way from the garage to our room on the fourth floor. Very inconvenient.
