This place is a bunch of radical racist Mexicans who deserve nothing more than a ticket back to Mexico. I will be sure and make some phone calls to US Customs and immigration. This place sucks the people are rude and they want to make you be punished for being 15 minutes past your appointment time the fact is they changed my appointment time and never told me I was given this load late to begin with by the broker. I got here at 10 this morning or I should say I got here at 11 this morning and had a 10 a.m. appointment however due to circumstances Beyond My Control I came here with the intentions of being on time when they sent me away after driving all night long putting me in danger they could have allowed me to park here on site as they have on-site parking they refused me entry and I was forced to drive to a safe haven I will never deliver to this place again. Because I'm 15 minutes past my appointment time they don't want to pay me detention. That is fine but then when I catch them in Spanish talking trash about me stating they were going to keep me longer and laugh about it just to punish me because I'm complaining. I will be sure and call corporate as well and it's going to be Thanksgiving I'm on my way home and they're holding me from leaving they're telling me I cannot leave my trailer they're telling me I cannot leave that is illegally detaining me I am going to disconnect from my trailer in the next 15 minutes if I do not have a green light this place is horrible it is the worst place in America I have ever delivered to believe me I'm going to make some phone calls to my friends and immigration I'm going to have this place audited as well as they're going to get a surprise visit for hiring all the illegal aliens

Ultra friendly security guard! Let me park in the staging area 6 hours before appointment! Took 2 hours to unload a 3/4 full 53’! No complaints!! All doors are easy to back into. This was the frozen receiving by the way!

BEEN IN THE DOOR 4HRS NOW AND STILL NOT UNLOADED. THEY OFFLOAD 1 PALLET ABOUT EVERY 30 MINUTES.

Apt was for 0800 arrived @ 0345 got a door right away and was out @ 0500 4 pallets. This place is hit or miss as far as delivering early. Depends on the mood of the person checking you in. Plus I only had a partial. Guards seem to let u in but it's up to the receiving clerk to accept you or not. And yes you have to wait for the green to get paperwork, they won't call or knock. As far as parking they won't let u stay on the property but I did see guys parking behind the save a lot shopping plaza on the corner of Wabash and George Jenkins Blvd east of the gate. I got lucky cause I have 3 other stops and this helped that they took me early to get ahead. Good Luck.

Publix is one of the most reliable places i deliver too. I know what to expect and they give me no hassle. In 2hrs before my appointment time. At a door 20 minutes later, and out back on the road by the time my appointment started. Thank you Publix!.

I'd give them a calculator if I thought it would help them count the load faster!

Appointment time was 9:00. I arrived at 8:00. They had me docked by 10:00, and unloaded by 12:30.

Now, it's 2:45 pm and I'm STILL waiting on them to finish the count and get me my paperwork. For crying out loud, I'd GIVE them a damned calculator if I though it would help!

It took almost 8 hrs to unload me and I don't have any hrs on my 14 clock. They don't allow overnight parking troublesome.

I love that if your here early they have a parking lot inside the gate you can park in. Yes it does take a while to get unloaded which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. All in all, every time ive delivered here its been pleasant.

Been to this facility many times over the past 11 years . Some days are better then others . Normally pretty friendly and punctual. Just be aware of their Driver's and yard operators. They don't follow posted speed limits . They seem to be on fast forward running about .
