The doctors and staff were wonderful! They took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. My daughter loved the doctor too. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

I wouldn't even give this office one star. I made an account to just leave a review. I've been coming here for 2 years. The office was great, loved Dr. Ali! Called to make a checkup for my little one and come to find out she's no longer there. No notice of her leaving OR the office changes they were making like making the office half into some other office. The office is chaotic and there is no room for Pts in the waiting area. The old office staff was good especially the old MA's. Long story short, took my little one for her checkup and requested a simple blood test because she's been having problems. The "Dr." that I've never met that doesn't know my child's history looked at me like I was stupid and kept hounding for a reason as to why I wanted a simple blood test for MY child. This office has turned into a zoo with a bunch of rude, clueless people "trying" to run it. OH and when you have a question for after hours they charge you an extra 20$ for a Dr. to call you. I will be looking for a new pediatrician.

I've been going her for over 6 years and it has made a turn for the worse. Dr. Heraud is good, but I am not pleased with the new staff. Changing pediatricians. 😒

They changed doctors and turned half the kids office into a dermatologist without telling patients. First visit since they secretly changed they kept us waiting 45min past tge appointment time. We won't be back!

Our first visit with my son was nice. The practitioner listened to my son's heart, life went on, all was good. When it came time for his next wellness visit, I was told over the phone we were NO LONGER WELCOME due to exercising my legal and religious right to not vaccinate. I was confused. I thought this was America where we have medical freedom without forced treatments. Noone asked me WHY I chose not to vaccinate. They did not care that I was vaccine injured as a child. That I have a family member who nearly lost their life due to vaccine reaction. They only care about keeping the vaccine retention level high enough to be awarded bonus money. (Please google, this is real) Thank goodness we found another doctor who supports parental rights, and caught the very obvious heart murmur that should have been caught at Celebration. My son had a severe heart defect that required transplant! The whole hospital team was BAFFLED that celebration missed it.

Before they changed to their new location everything was great.. Now they can't even see your kids when they are sick because their schedules are full.. make you wait forever to see the Dr on a regular check up and on top the ladies at reception are very rude and talk bad about their own patients in front of other people In the waiting area. I will not be returning.

Beautiful office in the same building as my Pediatric Dentist, Dr. Gooch! Dr. Ali, Camino and Heraud are all excellent and the office staff here is simply the best around!! Thank you for taking such great care of my babies.

My son has been coming since he was born. Over the years you guys have cared less and less. Now I go in just to give you a copay and for the doc to rush me out. Waste of my money and time. So disappointed!!!

From the amazing staff to the wonderful Doctors. We tremendously appreciate the relationship they have built with our family. You could not ask for better care. The office is very clean and organized. We can always get in for same day for sick appointments and they are always able to accommodate our busy schedules. Both our children really like seeing all the doctors. Our appointments are always on time and we also like that Quest Diagnostics and Turner Drugs are in the same building makes it so convenient if they are needed.
