Great place for parts. Honest, great customer service and they really stand behind their products. We own a repair shop (Chuck's Auto in Grand Rapids), and we purchased a used transmission for a customer; once installed it had some issues, and they replaced it with no problems - even had their own guys install it to save us the labor the second time around! Andy was very responsive, had excellent follow up, and everyone was completely satisfied. We will continue to use them when we need quality used parts.

Bought an alternator for my Taurus on Wednesday Sept 30. Charged $10 for a core which is expected and I was fine with that. I brought my core in on Thursday to get my core charge back. The guy that "helped" me was less than smart or something. He slid his little window open, I asked "what do I do with my core". I got a somewhat blank look from this fella. He then asks "did you buy something from us?". My reply, "Yes, I bought an alternator yesterday (had my receipt in my hand)". His reply, "did the charge you a core charge?". This is where I knew this was not going well. My reply was "yes, here is the receipt". Finally, I was told to set the alternator on the floor.

Wait, there's more! At the bottom of my printed receipt from buying the alternator it states "want to make some cash? Simply leave us a 5 star rating on Google, yelp, or our Facebook page and we will give you a refund of $10 on your most recent purchase." I gave them 5 stars and asked this guy if I also got the $10 refund. He looked at me like I suddenlys started speaking Russian. Then he responded "no, but I can get you you $10 for your core". Premier is just like any other junk yard. You call or search the internet. Find your part. Go buy it. No better no worse but the whole "we'll give you $10 for a 5 star review is BS. I'll just hit J&R's auto recycling or Baker in the future. Nothing like being flat out lied to.
