Cute theater that has a variety of different events to attend, like music, live acting performances, classic movies, and films with discussion after. You also can drink beer here, which is great.

Really neat little theater. I was here not for a movie, but to see a band play. It was an odd venue for a band, but still held the charm of the building and space. I enjoyed the little things like the old-timey-ish ticket booth and the old style chairs. I like that they served beer here (though you do have to be a member to buy any). I would love to come back to see a movie.

The Improv of Pop Scholars improves the entertainment options for Grand Rapids considerably. Even better, it is regularly scheduled, so you have an opportunity to still catch the show.

Went to a Latin Film Festival here. Free food was catered in were we mused around enjoying some eats and chatting with others. The film was wonderful. I will definitely be back.

So many awesome events happening here most open to the public last saw girls rock and it's a great place to connect with people in the community.

Love the aesthetic of Wealthy Street Theater, and the movie selection for their weekly Meanwhile movie. The chairs are a bit much on your butt after the entirety of Return of the King, extended edition, but I suppose that's not that surprising. Servings for popcorn and pop are small, but reasonable.
