Room was not very clean. House keeping kept knocking at my door when do not disturbed Sign on handle. They charge $6.36 for breakfast. Tasted terrible and not much of a selection. I asked for O.J. Only to be told we don’t have any. The French toast they offed was hard. The bacon was cold, the eggs were terrible, the potatoes were hard. Almost like it had been sitting for hours. For that price I could have gone somewhere else and had a great breakfast. I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past. It was much better service. They didn’t charge for breakfast and it tasted better. The bar restaurant was supposed to open at 4. I arrived at 4:05. I was told I’m not ready yet by the staff. Was told to give me 15-20 min. I came back at 4:30pm I was then ignored by the staff for another 5 min. Their was one other person at the bar. Then attempt to order a beverage only to be told we are out of that. Very disappointed in my trip to this hotel. Will consider other options in the future.

Do not pay cash, they take the money and say you never paid for the room. When we checked in i put deposit on a prepaid card and paid cash for the room. The next day at 6pm tried saying we owed for the first night still. How do you check someone in a room without getting payment for the night up front? I asked to see the camera's because i know i gave her cash and they wouldn't show me. Scam and I'm out $100. The rooms were dirty hairs in the sheets and dirty carpets. Kids partying in the back parking lot and throughout the rooms down the hall.

You get what you pay for, but the location is great.
Pros: Right next to shopping, friendly front desk staff and a really nice pool and hot tub. We stayed here because of the price and well maintained indoor pool.
Cons: Stains on all the carpets, it is hard to see from the street (tucked away behind some other businesses), the lock on the back corner door near the elevators is broken so you could just walk in, the inside is very run down, our room was not very clean and we found a lighter in the sheets.
This was fine for the weekend we were here but I would never stay here again.response / report this review -

Check in staff was nice. Lobby looked great, promising.
Room was a huge disappointment, both of them! One was bad so we got an upgrade and that wasn’t much better but at least we had heat!
No heat in first room, thermostat broken. Black hair on clean sheets. Went to use fridge, full of black, assumed mold. Fridge wouldn’t get cold. Microwave unplugged, so went to plug in but no outlet available. Had to move microwave across room to desk to plug in and use or unplug TV. Window screen full of holes some large bug in residence in upper corner.
Took kids to pool after I let desk know about fridge & heat. General Manager happened to be at desk getting ready to leave for night. Apologized said he new trying to get place together. We got an upgrade and switched to a larger room w/ jacuzzi. Kids excited. Hassle, we had to move our stuff. Late and need to be up early.
Get to other room, fill tub, turn on jacuzzi, brown mold poured out of jets and filled tub water! Tub drained super slow so called front desk. Said maintenance would come. Really late and didn’t wanna deal, so just cleaned it out myself and used shower. Mold on bath ceiling. Bath ceiling paint peeling and hanging by exhaust fan. Fridge super small and dirty.
Woke up at 5am to get 3 kids out to gymnastics meet and there was milk all over floor by mini fridge! I open fridge and our breakfast was frozen! Seems mini fridge busted along with my milk bottle! Called desk, she offers comp breakfast but staff not have ready til 6:30am. Does me no good as we need to leave and we can’t eat it but awesome!
Other things I noticed: pool area was full of condensation, so the door left cracked. Pool area was cold. Side entry doors wouldn’t shut, poor security. No need for keyed entry anyone could walk in. Odd layout, needs maintenance. Tucked off behind strip mall so kinda creepy vibe. Outside looks like no one has done landscaping in some time.
I was originally charged $99 for double queen. At check out I got bill for $89, not much of comp for completely disastrous stay at this Wyndham hotel. No way this a 3 star hotel. Desk took my number and said GM would contact, not thinking that’ll happen.response / report this review -

Rooms were clean, check in and check out were easy and quick, no issues. Good stay. Weird location thougheasy to drive past if you're not paying close attention.

Where do I begin. Poor customer service, dirty rooms, and a beetle infestation! We checked in, and they upgraded us to a suite because, I'm assuming, they over-booked. So, we thought "great," until we reached our room. You can tell it was a recent remodel, the problem was the bad workmanship. The next morning we woke up to beetles crawling all over the room. Called the front desk, told them we needed to switch room and that the was infested. They were unsympathetic about the whole situation but agreed to switch our rooms. They gave us a room with one bed. Even though they assured us we would get the two beds we asked for. Their solution was to put us in 2 rooms one that had a recent repair of a pipe which ended up bursting again dripping water on the floor through the night. They sold the original room with the bugs again there was no way they got the bugs out of there that fast.

The location is good and the room was kept clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were a nice mix of firm and soft. The fridge and microwave were a nice touch. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The layout requires guests to walk from the lobby to the elevator by almost all the rooms on the first floor. If your room is on an end this means walking well out of your way to use the elevator. The ceiling could more sound proofing. We heard creaking at all hours. The TV channel lineup was lacking many common channels like ESPN.
Probably not my first choice, but I would stay at this hotel again.response / report this review -

Doesn't even deserve a rating worst hotel experience ever!
I was moved to 3 rooms due to the lack of cleaning from the housekeepers. I asked to speak to a manager regarding my stay and there was never one available. I've called and asked and got the same response. The rooms wasn't vacuumed at all the microwaves and tubs had hair all in them. One of the beds in one of the rooms the sheets wasn't changed it had food stains all over. I was sent to a room that smelt like mildew it was extremely hard to breath in there. When I spoke to the man at the front desk he never once apologized for all the inconvenience he said there wasn't anything that could be done about it all but moving me to another room. There was never a accommodation made I'll never return there.response / report this review -

Much better places than this! Do not stay here. It's dirty with horrible customer service. I went to the desk to complain about 3 issues we had within the hour we were hereand two other people were complaining at the same time. It's not clean, the management/ staff is rude and if we could have left we would have. Only thing keeping us here was because all the other places are booked. It's a dump. My rating is no stars.

Rooms are great, Comfortable. Front desk not very knowledgeable. Wanted to go swimming but pool was very busy. They offer an adult only hour but it was full of kids. Kitchen closed hours early. Overall not real happt

The hotel room is very nice and the bed comfortable. However, we had to move from the first room due to a broken bed and the bed in the second room was making noise as well. The shower was dirty. The staff was not very helpful and in light of our issues, did not wish to help us out in any way. They need better trained staff. The hotel has a restaurant that is hardly ever open and people east at the bar instead. This hotel is OK but we be back.

Place was a pretty solid place to stay. Not really any complaints. Good price, when there was an issue with payment went out if the way to rectify mistakes made. Rooms were clean and comfortable. TV maybe was a little small. That's it. Otherwise a good stay. Oh and no continental breakfast is a pain but they don't advertise it so I'm not gonna complain

I am very pleased with my stay, bathrooms were bigger than I expected. There is a large selection of different foods for the breakfast, pool and spa was nice. The entire hotel is very clean and neat. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Bed bugs and mold on the pillows. Terrible experience. They moved me to another room and after inspecting it found dirty sheets once again. 3rd room was acceptable and had it not been 11 pm I would have left and gone to another hotel. The following day the hotel manager was suppose to call me to address the issue and never did. They did not credit my stay or offer anything for the inconvenience. It was absolutely disgusting and most of all unsafe for people to sleep here. Bed bugs are no joke and they didn't take it seriously whatsoever. I was told by the staff that the management doesnt want to take extra measures in the housekeeping department until an abundance of issues have come up. If they have a link to share pics of the bed bugs and mold I will upload the picture. Honestly, had the manager called me to address the issues or had they offered to refund my stay I may have reconsider posting this review but it's in the best interest of other travelers to know that this is not a clean or healthy place to stay.
