  We have been shopping directly at the Bissell Outlet Store for a long time. The prices are comparable to retail for vacuums, but you can get pretty good deals on cleaning supplies and the like. However, they have a tent twice a year that is worth going to. That is when you will really save. Steve is really knowledgeable about Bissell’s products and is willing to answer your questions about how to use and care for the vacuums. Overall it is more than worth a drive there, if you like to deal with the manufacturer directly to buy something.

  Always very helpful and will make sure your hardware is working correctly. The sales people in the outlet store are the best. Very good at helping you pick the exact right vacuum!

  1 truck for live load and they put wrong stuff on my trailer. Crazy!! 4 hours to get loaded

  Very disappointed with this company as a whole. I own a Bissell PROheat Cleanshot 2x. Full disclosure, this machine is discontinued and is approx. 7 to 8 years old. That being said I've used this machine a total of 2.5 times to clean very small areas before it malfunctioned. Now when pressing the trigger, it no longer sprays water/solution. I contacted their customer service department and was walked through a very extensive trouble shooting process and then was told it is most likely a defective water pump. I also shared the "Cleanshot" feature is no longer spraying water either and the tech said there is nothing that can be done about that. The tech proceeded to direct me to their website to find an approved service center. I contacted the first three locations that were closest to my home and all have closed down. I contacted the 4th location and the representative who is listed on Bissell's website advised me to be prepared for more "malfunctions" as Bissell in the industry is known for their faulty equipment. It was that representative's opinion that their products should be priced at $50. I contacted Bissell directly via Facebook after obtaining that information and was told that they are very sorry and that due to the machines age they are unable to do anything other than offer me 20% off a new product. It's my position that after 2.5 uses regardless of age that they should have stood behind their product. Please keep in mind after each use I thoroughly cleaned my machine to ensure all hoses/containers were clear from debris. Long story short, there are significantly better companies and products out there.

  Dead end temp job, people here have been waiting for up to a year and a half to get hired in and they won't. Great if you need a quick temporary job but look elsewhere if you are actually looking at going somewhere with a company.

  Never been there, but looks like a cool place! I live in Utah somewhere though! I have a bissel zing.
