Maybe ok if you want the resort part (be prepared for the almost $30 resort fee they tack on regardless of if you use anything) but as a hotel it's a waste. It's an older hotel that looks like it was remodeled by a cheap flipper. The digital key didn't work so I had to wander the maze back to the desk. The AC unit (despite running all night)while it got to 50 outside) only managed to lower the room temp from 72 to 71 in 9 hours. And the bedroom is tinyeach bed nearly touches the wall. As a gold member I was supposed to have waters in my roomdidn't so I asked and they said they'd send some up (still waiting the next day). While this is the closest hotel to the office I visit regularly, I'll go back to staying 10 minutes away at a "lower" hotel like Hampton because it's a much better experience.

Beautiful room beautiful views great place to stay. A little on the pricey side but I give it an A plus. The restaurant Rico which is within walking distance is very good breakfast and lunch and dinner. They will deliver for you if you are near the front of the hotel but is it cozy place 2 just relax hang out have a beer or just eat some good food

This place is amazing! Went here for the Master Chef tryouts/auditions. They have excellent pricing and the property is amazing! There are at least 2 gift shops, two or 3 restaurants (several more within walking distance) and the rooms are incredible! They also have casitas which looked very nice for a family weekend. The highlight of the facility was the last river and pool area with mini-golf!

Great resort with lots of things to do. Wonderful water park, tennis, basketball, fitness center, spa, restaurants and more, all within the resort! If that's not enough, it is located near lots of restaurants and good shopping. David Richardson is the best concierge ever! He will personalize your stay and help you find as many activities as you desire or help you make it as nice and relaxing as you desire. Also, he has a warm, welcoming friendly personality. He alone is worth the stay! I look forward to visiting this resort again in the future.

I went with a large group and the resort was perfect. The level of service in every area of the resort was outstanding. Some rooms are dated (they are in the process of upgrading), but the older rooms are very clean and well maintained. And the whole point is to get out of the room and enjoy the multiple pools, putt putt, water slide, lazy river and gym/spa. Resort location is convenient.

Overall, an excellent resort. Service from almost everyone is on point. The casitas are spacious, and feel more like home than a hotel. The event/sales staff here are non existent. I asked them to contact me before I even checked in, AND again when I was checking in. No return call, no follow up.

The water smelled like mold. Carpet and furniture where dated. The room takes forever to cool down. Only 2 bottles of water in the room complimentary. Not drinking that nasty smelling water, actually I took a sip for medication. It made me gag. The price was way out of line in my opinion.

One of my favorite resorts in the Phoenix area. This is my tenth time back to the property and it never disappoints. I've stayed in the casitas and the regular rooms and all have been top notch. Love the lazy river, the pools and amenities The staff is top notch to boot. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, super clean resort in the Phoenix area.

Our first room was basically a closet. We were able to upgrade to a much nicer room. The resort seems very kid friendly and family oriented. The pool is very nice and my daughter really enjoyed playing in it. There's even a small wading pool for the little ones. The Hole in the Wall restaurant, on the property, leaves a lot to be desired. Overall we've really enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel! The pools are what it's all about, though. There are smaller pools in each of the hotel wings, and the big River Ranch water park nearby. The River Ranch has a really large pool with a beach entrance, volleyball net and a large waterfall with benches underneath. Around the corner is the water slide and tad pool. There is a long lazy river that goes through some cool shaded areas. There's also a sport pool with a basketball hoop and volleyball net. Miniature golf, tennis and basketball courts are included, too. Not to mention plenty of chairs and tables to hang out and soak up the sun. A great hotel pool experience!

Came here when I was a kid and never forgot about it. 16 years later,
It's just as amazing! The Spanish ranch style is so charming, the food choices are great, and the lazy river is clean and shady- loved it! The room layout was unique and practical. Maybe we got lucky but our room had such a wonderful court yard view with trees.

Went to visit family that was staying at the hotel. It was very nice and I'm now planning on getting a room here for a weekend getaway. The pool area is amazing. This is a great place to stay. Your practically central of everything and you have a great place to swim when it's too hot outside.

Our third year coming here and the maintenance and updates have not happened or improved. To top it off, this trip there was quite the surprise - when we arrived at our room to find that the roof top patio access had been blocked and all furniture removed for what we were told was "emergency maintenance ". Of course we were not notified prior to, or we would have cancelled. I'm certain that's why they didn't let us know before arrival. We then asked to have chairs so we could sit OUTSIDE, since this was the reason for our trip, it took 6+ hours and ultimately a trip to speak with management to get this. We asked for real wine glasses, a real plate or 2 and blankets/pillows for the pull out. Bathrooms are disgusting, no extra towels for the kitchenette and the strikes keep piling up.
Smoothie bar doesn't open til 10. Love the lazy river and that's about it. Won't be coming back!!!!!

The staff (especially the waitress Savannah in the pool area) was great, very friendly and efficient. The amenities were awesome, great for the whole family. Can stay entertained all day while relaxing in the sun. Rooms were okay, nothing special but nice. Beds and bedding were very comfy (daughter's words :) Highly suggested
